Great power and quiet

Quiet and Powerful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality that is both quiet and powerful! I couldn't be happier with this disposer. Even though our previous disposer wasn't a KitchenAid, this new disposer attached to the existing plumbing without any problems or re-routing of the piping. The heavy construction is evident throughout, even the sink flange and drain stopper are made of a higher quality stainless steel than others I've seen. The instructions are clearly written and illustrated so you don't need a professional plumber to install if you have basic mechanical skills. It's so quiet, once its in place under the sink you don't even know it's there until you see just about any thing you can throw at it disappear down the drain!

Quietest Disposer EVER!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old Kitchen Aid Disposer gave up the ghost, so I did some online comparisons to determine which brand consumers liked the best. I learned that you truly 'get what you pay for', so I focused on like models across brands and 3/4 HP Kitchen Aid was the only one that claimed to be markedly quieter and it is! This is the Quietest Disposer I have ever had or heard!
