[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in June, did not get it until September. Problem in China, I was told. The only thing I do not like is needing to turn the dial for more or less heat. Awkward. The dial seems to stick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine is finally working correctly. After the installers got done, the machine would not dry a load of clothes even on high! I know the installers job is to just install. The exhaust hose was WAY TO LONG and had WAY TO MANY BENDS!
I trimmed the hose, (almost 5 feet) the dryer now breathes properly. Also, turning off the wrinkle guard helped. The dryer now does its job very well!
