Great Gas Dryer

Nice basic dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't want any bells, whistles, or digital stuff that cost an arm and a leg. Just a dryer with enough options to dry everything from heavy towels and jeans to permanent press and delicate lingerie. I especially appreciate the AccuDry feature, the end-of-cycle signal and Wrinkle Guard, and the Steam Refresh option. This dryer definitely does what I needed it to do.

Efficient powerful dryer to meet all needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a more efficient dryer to replace an older electric dryer which came with the house we purchased. This Whirlpool dryer dries laundry loads in half the time it took our old dryer.We can do back to back washes and drying! Our gas bill is miniscule! Some of the best features are the Energy Preferred setting to dry clothes exactly in the time needed, the Wrinkle Shield to keep tumbling your clothes after the cycle is completed until you get to the dryer, and the Steam Refresh to take out wrinkles from sweaters or clothes from a suitcase.

Quality product, excellent results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product to replace a Whirlpool dryer that was over 30 years old... and still operating! I decided to upgrade to this machine so that it would match the new Whirlpool washer. So far, I am extremely pleased with the efficiency!

Love the drop down door!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this dryer to replace our 32 yr. old Maytag. This dryer dries clothes faster and love the AccuDry sensor setting! We hadn't hooked up the water for the mist dry yet. Our Maytag had a swing open door but really love this drop down door. I would definitely purchase this one again. What I do miss about the Maytag dryer is the lint screen was inside the door ledge. Much easier to clean, but I am slowly getting use to top filter design. I would highly recommend this dryer, you won't be disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my new dryer for about a month. I am very happy with it. The steam refresh cycle is a great added feature. For refreshing coats that have been hanging in the closet. Gets rid of the closet smell.

Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had my new Whirlpool Dryer for 2 weeks after my 20 year old Kenmore Dryer which was made by Whirlpool finally broke for the first time. I love the Accudry Sensor Dryer setting along with the Wrinkle Shield option which tumbles the clothes every few minutes until they are removed. Have not used the Steam Refresh Cycle as the water hose has not been connected yet. I also love the 3 Temperature settings....low, medium,high.....in addition to Air Dry. The drum is very large & can hold a lot of clothes & the drop down door is very convenient for removing the clothes & preventing them from falling on the floor.
I would recommend this to a friend!
