Doesn't dry even after 60 minutes

Love love the huge capacity but dislike it isn't drying my clothes. Need to call for repair i guess. Also, i don't care for the dial to set the time. It is rather difficult n wants to bounce back a bit. It isnt like the other dials.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great made in the USA product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dryer about 6 weeks ago and have NO complaints. It was easy to install and has worked great beginning with the first load we dried. It's quiet,efficient and dries clothes well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does not over dry clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dryer almost 2 months ago and love it! It is so nice to feel soft, clean, and dry clothes that don't feel burned. I didn't even realize our last dryer was over-drying out clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a lot of research I finally got to buying this machine and it was the best decision I made it runs very quiet and the steam refresh option is Awesome...I would recommend this to anyone who is in the market for a new dryer it does not have all the bells and whistles that other machines have but I am satisfied with this they say that old is gold....
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good dryer, but watch for proper installation!

Only problem is, the delivery/installer did not install the water hose, so if you buy this model you might need to tell them to bring and install the "steam kit." Should not need to do this, but we're now having to have them out for the third time due to delivery mistakes, not Whirlpool's.

Hot isn't very hot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the first gas dryer and it didn't heat at all, so we ordered the same one again. It works. I'm disappointed with the hot temperature: it's not very hot. I don't care for the dial on the dryer; there is some resistance when you turn it and then it goes back. It's not precise nor accurate.
