Bought this dryer because of the door pulling down which keeps the clean clothes from falling on the floor. The steam refresh cycle is also a nice feature and I also like the fact that the cycle finished signal can be turned off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] works great so far, just had a little mis understanding as to turn off wrinkle guard when not wanting steam. so clothes dry faster. still dry's twice as fast as electric.

I feel the steam cycle was a waist of money

I have used the steam cycle many times now , and I don't feel it works as advertised. All the wrinkles don't come out, and the shirts are very damp they need to be hung up to dry. I also feel the dryer does not get hot enough . It takes more the one cycle to dry a large load.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice dryer but.....

We bought this dryer about two months ago. It seems to dry the clothes as good as other dryers we've had but about two weeks ago it seemed to get really loud. Will have to talk to someone in the store where we bought it and see if the warranty covers a repair man to come out and check it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought this Whirlpool gas dryer last month and are very pleased with our purchase. We especially like the wide-range of cycle choices including the steam refresh cycle, the air dry cycle, and the wrinkle shield feature.

so easy to use

I love the ease of operation. Just put clothes in and turn dial and start. So easy. I have options of 3 temps and air dry with sensor drying. This dryer is very quit in running. Busser is loud enough to hear upstairs.
