Steam refresh doesn't work as well as had hoped.

Holds large loads and was a big plus.Dry time is longer than Whirlpool it replaced.

Nice dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am unhappy with my dryer because the salesperson did not tell me about the steam cycle needing additional hook-up. Therefore, I am not using this feature as I cannot afford to have it hooked up. However, I would love to use this feature, but cannot. I would recommend it though.

I bought this dryer to match my new washer because I love the little interior light and hamper door. I did not hook up the steam as I live in an area with hard water and did not want have hard water build up in the lines.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Better than expected

Beginning this process became overwhelming, however, we found this as it fit our needs and the extra has been the steam cycle! My wife absolutely loves this feature. Delivery and setup was efficient and easy. Highly recommended.
