I liked the features of the printer, wifi, scan, fax, duplex android access. These are all the features i need. The size of the printer is perfect for my home office area. Apart from the initial loading of paper. Was using wrong tray. All of the features are easy to use

This is an excellent update to my previous Epson printers

Over the past 10 years I have used only Epson printers, the XP850 is a terrific unit as it does everything I need. I like the small size and the paper cartridge being enclosed within the unit. The only down side is the cartridges and their expense, but to get the good quality print in photos it is an necessity. For the business we run I am able to produce great professional documents for our clients. I will always purchase an Epson printer in preference to any other make.

This machine is a great little unit

I have this unit for approx. 12 months. It is easy to use and it printing is of a high quality. Needed some tech support to get it to talk to both our computers but since then it hasn't missed a beat. The only downside is that we can only purchase cartridges from the retailer who sold the printer. Noone else seems to stock them. The cartidges a bit expensive but they do last quite a while

I had alway relied on my children to do everything for me that had to do with computers, but after they all left home I was left to do it on my own, now with this epson wifi printer, I am able to do it all on my own. Thank you Epson.
