A very good MFP

We are very happy with the XP-850, speed, output quality and features are excellent.
The machine is intuitive to use.
The top of the machine feels a little cheap and flimsy, the warm up as a little louder than previous machines and the paper tray could hold more paper.
However, these are all minor concerns and only detracted slightly for the overall score.
Great machine, thanks.

I have stayed with Epson, but am dissapointed with having no duplex feature and the cd tray isnt automatic.

I don't know how I ever managed without Wifi printing

Even a technically challenged veteran like me could get it set up and working wonderfully on my new computer with a minimum of fuss. Easy to install and the results in my printing have been impressive with vivid colours and vivid images.

This product has everything you need in a personal/business printer

We have always purchased other branded printers in the past but decided to purchase an Epson (XP850) for the first time following the advice from the retailer's sales assistant. We found it very easy to install the wireless onto all our 4 laptops in the family and the features and performance of this printer have been fantastic. It is sleek and very user friendly. The quality of the printing is also great, yet to try the photo printing but so far the whole family love it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Copying and printing were exceptional and I found that my printing and copying were of great quality. The faxing function is very convienient. The remote communication function is extremely useful.
I plan to eventually upgrade this model to a larger Epson model. The technical support offered was wonderful and I would have no hesitation in recommending this or other Epson products to friends, business colleagues or other acquaintances. The Epson Photo print quality is exceptional (and this saves time and effort and money ) I am disabled and can't always get to the store to have photo's processed. I plan to tell my children how easy and convenient it is to use the Epson Photo XP-850 and I am sure that they will find the product as easy to use as I have.

It's great this one is plug and play. I did like the build in cd tray. Also it would nice for the print to go back when printing is finished. But is up with epson high standard as always. Thanks epson for a great print again..

CLASSY AND COMPACT

This is the most streamlined printer I have ever owned. The printer was easy to set up and the instructions easy to follow. It is neat and compact and fits securely onto the shelf above my desk. The quiet printing process is very quick and the quality is excellent. Using separate ink cartridges for each colour is a positive. I have recommended Epson to other family members. Very happy.
