We just set up our new Epson XP-850 with our iMac and it went flawlessly. Recognized our computer right away, easy to follow instructions, and we could not be more pleased. We downloaded the Epson printer app on our iPad and that setup went flawlessly as well. This is the first printer we've ever set up with this ease.
Note: we recommend one improvement - there should be a button to retract the paper tray.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Color is way off in printing and copying. Won't handle card stock in the rear feed slot or anywhere else. If I can't give it away it will go in the trash.

I just got this printer two weeks ago and I really love it. I can print from my I phone or I pad from anywhere. I love the way it opens automatically . Have not found anything I don't like

This printer prints the best picture, even better than any commercial photo printing servives. Downside is the ink consumption. Only if the paper feeder can function better, this printer would be just perfect !!!

Epson Small in One 850

I purchased this unit to scan family photos and documents and chose it because of its high resolution capabilities. . The unit is compact and sleek looking, the touchscreen is easy to see and responsive. My only disappointment is that the ADF does not scan two sides at the same time; it automatically pulls the document back through the scanner a second time. A simultaneous two-sided scan would make this unit just about perfect. I am still trying to see if I can set customized buttons on the unit's control panel or override the defaults built into the 6 preset scan buttons. Nice little unit.

This printer worked fine for the first 3 or 4 months. Now I have to uninstall & re-install constantly. At present time I cannot give a reasonable rating other than 1.

The printer is great, but, it sends an extra blank page when I print. I tried to email Epson, but there is NO way to send the email. (?)
