First time Epson user,machine was very easy to install, worked first time, I do lots of price lists, small marketing brochures, wine labels and I'm extremely happy with the quality. Had a larger and very well know brand for 3 times the cost and this does just as good a job.

Epson has to be the best for colour photo printing

My experience with this model, and with the previous model has been without fault - its colour photo printing is excellent. Simple to set up, using the instructions given, and simple to operate.

Good machine - used mostly for scanning

I use the machine mostly for scanning. I scan documents on this machine for record purposes in a paper-less home office. I use an Epson 4870 Photo for scanning photographs.
I appreciate the ADF and double-sided scanning. The scanning interface (TWAIN) with Nuance Paperport is satisfactory.
I filled in the questionnaire upon product registration and was unable to express what features were important to me. I do the occasional printing (B&W) for wet signature and re-scan for sending/recording. I print photos on Epson Photo R2400.

I always use Epson printers and find them reliable. This new Expression XP 850 has some great features which I am looking forward to fully utilising.

this product is easy to use. i can produce top quality photos with little fuss. its a great all in one machine had no trouble printing copying scanning and faxing. i especially like the wireless feature. makes life easier not worrying about having cables laying around. highly recommend.

I replaced a well used Artisan 125 with the XP - 850 because I am sure it will perform as well as the old one.
