After using another brand mult-functional unit, this is a step in the right direction! The return on my investment has been outstanding! I Have used all functions of my unit without any negatives to speak of thus far. I hope this continues for as long as this unit is in use.

Uses too much ink

The Epson CX9400 Fax software made setup easy, especially for wireless networking. However, it uses a lot of ink. I printed four 8 x 11 photos and used up 3/4 of a NEW ink cartridge color set. I finally went into the advanced setup and print most pages using only black.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've used this printer since March of 08 and it's worked great. The convenience of having a copier, fax machine and printer has saved many trips to Kinkos. The printing quality is excellent.

I have been pleased with the 9400. It has many features for the price. Very good for photos also. The printing is a little slow. I have been able to fax a document okay, but have not been able to receive a fax even after following all the instructions in the manual.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Prints

This is a nice printer and one of the best for the money. It does require a bit of tinkering to set up, and could use a cartridge with a bit more capacity, but overall is a good deal.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this all in one product as a Christmas gift to myself, and it was the best thing I ever did for myself. It was and is the easiest printer ever.
It has everything I want all in one machine and so easy to use plus a manual I can actually understand, if needed.

great all in one

we purchased this all in one and have really made good use of it. Primarily for school projects and home copying, it's all around use is perfect for a family. we especially like the easy user interface on the front with the lcd screen. Many tasks can be done without having to get on the computer, which helps. Of course, epson quality is unparalelled. Highly recommended. However, I have yet to achieve printing 32 pages in a minute.....so I don't know how they are able to claim that.
