Good small office unit

Easy to set up and to operate, gets good coverage from cartridges, operational function must be learned to receive faxes and do scanning, so read the manual before trying.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My only compliant is that it won't tell you which ink cartridges are used, only that ink is low

A great machine that perform's just the way I expected. I've had a dozen printers over the years and I always come back to epson. From installation to actual use they're intuitive and reliable. My cx9400 deliver's with the feature's I want at a price you can't beat. Love it.

Excellent printer, very good copier and haven't had much chance to use the fax but the one time it was great sending a fax. Only complaint is that the paper feeder is loud.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good printer

I have to hit properties every time I want to print so I only use black ink, won't automatically default to that. The black ink runs out rather quickly.
The machine is a bit loud when printing.
Would not recommend printing pictures, not the best quality.
No where to recycle cartridges, would be nice if Staples would take them or even Epson.

Good printer

Decent printer for the money. I like the zoom copy feature. One reason I purchased this printer was the individual ink cartridges. However, if one runs out, you cannot print. Even if a color is gone and you are printing B&W! Recommend a warning that you can over ride.

Best Versatile Printer

I do many types of copying for my class, both in color and in black and white. Most recently, I started scanning my paper files into PDF documents and saving them on my computer. Wow! Easy to use and no more paper files. Just had to download the Epson Scan application from the website. Thanks Epson!
