Good Quality and Dependable

I found the CX9400 to produce faithful, full colored copies off my computer and when making copies. I use the fax rarely but it does the job with intuitive ease.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good Product uses blk ink quick

This printer is good but it uses the blk ink very quickly. The scanning and faxing are great

Best All-In-One Ever

The Epson Stylus CX9400 Fax is the most user-friendly piece of equipment I have ever owned and used. Within a few minutes of installation, I was able to use all features. The LCD screen is most helpful in guiding me through the functions of the machine. The printing quality is good and outstanding for photos!
My only concern is the high cost of ink. The machine itself couldn't perform better!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can't say enough for the print quality on this CX9400 Fax; likewise the copy quality is excellent.
Plenty of scanning options make this a good choice for a semi-professional or even a professional graphics person. As the former, I use it mostly for scanning images that I use in the production of newsletters, invitations and such.
The menu structure took a little getting used to for me, as I migrated from a competitor's AIO, (I'll never go back, though) and now that I'm familiar with it, it's just fine.
Seldom use the fax (who uses fax any more anyway?) but the times I've needed it I was glad I had it, and it works seamlessly with my answering machine.I've already recommended this to a client of mine and even though she's a little slow on the uptake she loves it too.

Great at almost everything

Really like this all-in-one except for one important flaw. It doesn't handle card stock paper. Otherwise, all the functions work very well after you work out how the display operates which is not necessarily intuitive. Ink consumption is higher than rated but that's not unusual. Scanning software works fine and is very useful. Having a document feeder was a great addition. Fax works flawlessly after figuring out display setup.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall this is a terrific product and of very good value. It does it all: print, scan, fax. The one weak part of the system is the feeder. When I attempt to scan in several pages at once, the feeder usually stops working after 3 pages. Otherwise, I am very happy with this all-in-one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Why didn't I get this sooner.....

I had been drooling over the CX9400Fax for a year now and got it a week ago. It was one of those "I diddn't need it" items, but my office space is limited and I really wanted to get the fax, my C88 printer (I am an Epson junkie), and my scanner out of my way!! I never should have waited. It is a great printer, quick and wonderful color (but what Epson isn't?). Scanner is quick and resolution is just what you need for everything from text to photos. Faxing is virtually effortless, and so was the set up. I love this all in one and recommend it highly. Just follow the step by step instructions that come with it and you will be up and running in no time.

A GREAT ALL IN ONE!

The Epson all in one I own is easy to use and quiet.
Changing ink cartridges takes about two minutes and is super easy!The ink cartridges are also reasonably priced. in all these months I have only experienced one paper jam and it was easy to fix.
Over all this is a great product! I would buy an Epson again. I highly recommend Epson products.
