Had second thoughts on purchasing an all in one machine. I saw this one, and the great price and took a chance. I'm glad I did because as a home all in one, it preforms better than I had hoped. Great machine at a great price.

Wish I had had the choice

I love my CX 9400 but while looking at your home site I noticed that there is one with a scanner....I wish that one had been available at Staples when I purschased mine.
Are there any upgrade possibilities?

Excellent printer/fax

I love the quality of the photos and copies and using the fax. It's saved me so much time having an all-in-one. Only issue that I have is the cost of the ink supplies. They are on the expensive side. Otherwise, this is a great product.

SINCE I BOUGHT MY EPSON 9400FAX I HAVE BEEN TOTALLY SATISFIED. I PREVIOUSLY HAD A CANNON PRINTER, BUT I NEEDED MORE, AND MY EPSON FITS THE BILL.

I have had this Epson Stylus 9400 Fax for about i year and I am completely satisfied with it. I have used it to Fax, Scan, print photos and many kinds of documents and I have no complaint. A feature I like is the ease of correcting paper jams and the quick reaction of the machine to "get back to work" after a paper jamming.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I HAVE MY EPSON CX9400 ALL IN ONE, FOR APPROX. SIX (6) MONTHS, AS A STOCK TRADER I RELYE ON MY CX9400 FOR REPORTS, PRINTING, AND FAXING MOSTLY. I HAVE DONE SOME PHOTO WORK ON IT, BUT NOT ENOUGH TO GIVE GOOD REVIEW; BUT FOR WHAT I USE IT FOR IT REALY DOES THE TRICK, INK LAST AND IS EASY TO CHANGE, MY REPORTS ARE EXELENT. THE ONLY NEGITIVE THING I CAN FIND IS THAT IT'S A LITTLE LOUD, AND SHAKEY. OVER ALL A GOOD MACHINE, I RECOMEND IT FOR HOME AND SMALL BUISNESES
