Incredible machine!!

While looking for an all-in-one machine, this was one recommended by the salesman as one of the best for the money that the store carried. We've not been disappointed! Makes very good color copies and is very easy to work with the card from my digital camera. I don't think that we could have been any happier with a machine that had cost twice the amount. Try it - you won't be disappointed!

I absolutely LOVE this printer. Easy setup. Everything worked right the first time. The LCD display on screen navigation is super user friendly. Only thing I've had to look in the Quick Guide for so far, was which way to insert the paper into the fax top feed, face up or face down. What does that say about this machine. And as an added bonus you get fast/clear printing, beautiful photos, error free faxes and all for a great price.... what else could you want. I recommend this machine to all my friends.

Easy to use. The color can be adjusted however it seems a little muted from the actual color on the computer screen. The page feeder is a great asset for faxing documents.

This all-in-one is excellent. Fast printer with good quality prints. Truly great for the price. Copier and fax an added plus.
Only negative is that the color cartridges run out quickly.

Outstanding and Dependable!

I hesitated at first to go with an EPSON all-in-one, as I had grown accustomed to the lesser priced "economical" choices. However when I needed a new all-in-one for my home, I took another look and was astounded at the printers that were available for such affordable costs. With price not a factor anymore, I quickly bought an EPSON, and I haven't regretted it. Solid, dependable, and quality... not to mention an attractive design that looks good on the desk as opposed to being hidden away as my previous printers were... I am very pleased with this printer!

Good and bad

Printer produces good copies but gobbles up printer cartridges. Difficult to load paper. But biggest problem is that, as phone technician put it, "This printer does not support 3-hole punched paper." I wanted to print a set of handouts to go in a notebook, and the printer kept telling me I had a paper jam. But it turns out that it just doesn't know how to deal with paper with holes along left side. There should be a caution somewhere advising people about this which is why I am writing this review. Don't believe I would have purchased it if I had known that.
