Low price for all-in-one

I have been happy with the product, with the exception of the ink cartridges. I wish it would continue to print after one of the color cartirdges empties. This was very inconvenient one day when one of the color inks ran out and I did not have a replacement and needed to print for work that day. Also, I wish the cartridges would last longer. Other than that, the fax, copier, printer and scanner work well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've had my CX9400fax about 8 months now. print quality is good and I like the separate ink cartridges. Copier, fax and scanner work well. Runs through ink (black) quicker that I like but cost is manageable. Over all, well satisified with my purchase.

The Epson Stylus CX9400Fax is an economical, high quality printer, copier and fax machine for home or home office use. It is easy to use. The quality of output is excellent. I would recommend this to anyone who has low to medium output needs. (I would not recommend this for high volume use.)

problems

This printer prints well and you would think that having individual color cartridges would be nice but it is a nightmare. The ink runs out fast and even if you just want to print something in black and white the printer won't print anything unless all the cartridges have adequate ink. This makes owning this printer a major inconvenience. Just recently I replace the ink but the printer says I didn't so I am stuck and can't print anything. I'm going to get rid of this headache.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this printer on sale & it prints "wavey" print.
If copying from web page, it is not clear. I had one paper jam, now after each copy, the "paper jam" error message appears. The ink cartridges are small, therefore, we have to replace them often.

Great Quality and Easy to Use

We have been very happy with our purchase. The print quality is excellent. We have used the fax function as well without difficulty. Every function including cartridge replacement has been pretty self explanatory which is great for our busy lifestyle and limited technical experience. We would definitely recommend this product!

Easy to use color printer

This is a good printing products for the price. Scanner works above average and color printing shows a good quality. Careful when you insert paper in the printer, take time to adjust the paper in the feeder.
