Horrible Quality Product

My father purchased over a year ago for a remodel that changed so he gave it to us. Installed it on Friday. Ice/Water dispenser broke on the following Tuesday! Because he purchased over 1 year ago no warranty (even though only taken out of box and installed 5 days ago!). For the few days it worked, ice maker made far too few cubes for a fridge this size. It was free, so we'll use it for now. I expect we'll have to replace it within 5 years...that replacement will definitely not be a GE!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The refrigerator has been great. The only issue has been the ice maker. It was replaced and working...the amount of ice could be better. Otherwise it is still going g strong.

My son and daughter in law got this refrigerator for my wife and me. We have been really happy with this refrigerator/freezer. It has held up really well and gave us good service. Over the years I have replaced a few parts on it but it is still running and taking care of us.
