small with lots of room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i needed a refig that would fit in a 32" wide opening and this was the only side by side i could find. it turns out that its a nice one w/plenty of room. the only minor problem is the ice maker is a little loud when its not full

Great Side-By-Side Refrigerator with Ice/Water Dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second GE side-by-side and like it very much. My wife and I especially like the in the door ice/water dispenser during the summer months. We are also pleased with the amount of storage space available and the adjustable shelving for the times it's needed.

An OK refrigerator for its size

Unfortunately, my kitchen was designed 30 years ago, leaving a limited space for a refrigerator/freezer. At the time, I had an ordinary top freezer model, around 19 cu.ft. When that broke after quite some time, I switched to this side-by-side model which is adequate and fit into the space. Unfortunately,I have a cabinet above and drawers next to the refrigerator, so I am totally limited. I would love a French door model or a larger side-by-side, higher quality, but there are none available. Tomorrow I will receive my third iteration of this exact same refrigerator. This one lasted ten years. It's adequate. Can't believe it comes in black but not stainless steel. It's OK but nothing special.

No room inside, hard to get at things and only the 1st glass of water is cold.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
