I've had so many problems printing on this thing it's just a problem.
Cons: Difficult to use, unreliable

Experience with this printer has been totally satisfying. Great easy set up instructions.
Pros: Compact Design, Lightweight/Portable, durable, Easy Setup, easy to use, reliable, Sharp Tones & Colors
Cons: Large Footprint, High Ink Consumption

The MX310 was the best value for money I could find. The software installed easily in Windows XP. The print speed is great for a consumer model. The design is sleek and durable, and overall pretty easy to use all functions.
The suggestions I would make to the engineers in going for total excellence would be 1) make the manual less vague and 2) on-screen pop-ups to tell you when your fax is completed and/or if any errors have occurred. 3) allow for more than one choice of format when saving your scans.
I've only had the MX310 for a few weeks, so true durability and ink consumption still remains to be seen. Still, it beats any HP product I've ever used hands down right from the start and for half the price. Well done!

The quality of the color print in remarkable, truthfully it darn near prints like a laser jet. AMAZING QUALITY.

Excellent All-in-One

It was easy to set up, and it's worked perfectly ever since. I mostly use it as a printer, but I've also made copies, sent faxes, received faxes (once), and used its OCR abilities to convert two books into a spreadsheet. I looked at several printers before getting this one. I highly recommend it and would gladly buy another.
