Love this brewer

I love this machine. I have had it for sometime, and the pump in now giving out...I called Keurig, and the customer service was fantastic. This it the best, best service I have ever had. I would only purchase Keurig. They really stand by the product and are sending me a replacement unit. No Headaches... Bravo to your product and customer service. Thank you Keurig!

The first Keurig Special Edition I received was a Christmas gift in 2010. I really liked it despite some minor issues with half-cup brewing when using the largest brew setting. All I had to do was reset it and then it worked very well from that point on. Unfortunately the gifted died right after the warranty expired, but the company honored it and replaced it with the same Keurig Special Edition - only the design on the external reservoir was a little rounder on the edge; that gave it a sleek, stylish look that I liked better than the first. I also noticed that when the reservoir is full with water, I don't have to refill it as much as I did on the other one after I've brewed a few cups of tea or coffee in the morning hours. I gave it a four-star rating because I'm crossing my fingers that I don't have to replace the new one by next year. Other than that, I'm very pleased! Thanks, Keurig! :)

This a hard-working brewer in my house. It is easy to use and clean. I love the water reservoir (main reason that I purchased it). MAJOR hint to those who are grumbling...READ the instructions thoroughly. Keurig explains it all in their directions. I use purified water so that deposit and scaling has not been an issue. Coffeemakers only work as well as the water that you put in it. My friend owns the Platinum Keurig (and uses purified water) and she loves her Keurig as well.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

The first one bought a month ago as a present for me didn't work call C. S. at Keurig sent me new Brwer, it had issues or wires burning, Finally Supervisor calls makes allot of false promises and the brewer promised never made it here or from here perhaps it was another REP that sent it. I tried to be allowed to keep the new and improved special edition brewer to t least try it out and see if it worked, I was told to send it back and coffee promised to me well that they also canceled and took it back. It was as if I was dealing with Pre School Children. I would have loved to had a Keurig Brewer but Keurig will not allow it and if I go out and buy another one I doubt they will give me any Customer Service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT read the reviews see how man have been sent back to replaced very often.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, HARD TO CLEAN, Pricey / Poor Value, Noisy, Never full cup of coffee, C S not honest

I would not recommend the special edition to anyone. I had to buy two in one year. I received a replacement on the second one and it's an updated version. I don't like the look of the updated version. I was told by customer service that they tried to work out the kinks and make it better. Maybe they should do that before they sell them, not happy.

I have had problems with maker not working right after a short period of time BUT customer service has been wonderful. They have replaced the units with no problems at all. I have stayed with Keurig because, after looking at reviews about other makers, they have the same issues as we had with ours. I also know people who have had their Keurig for years with no problems. Customer service is a main point for me and you have it with Keurig.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Satisfies all tastes, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

Poor Quality- PRIME issues DONT BUY

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BREWER, NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED TO KEURIG QUALITY, BUT ITS GONE! DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL CONSTANTLY SAYS PRIME AFTER BREWING A CUP. KEURIG HAS SENT ME THREE REPLACEMENTS KEURIGS AND EACH TIME WITHIN WEEKS WE ARE BACK TO THE SAME ISSUE. I HAVE AN OLDER MODEL BREWER WICH WORKS GREAT BUT NOT THE ELITE MODEL BUYERS BEWARE AND BEST OF LUCK TO YOU!

The Name Says It All: Choices

I've been checking out different brands from different stores and online, to what people say about them. Everywhere I have checked "Keurig" has been what everyone seems to use. I like it because I have a variety of coffees to choose from. Then again, I can also use extra filter cup I bought and grind my own beans of my choice. The other brands of coffee makers don't have this choice of using a separate filter cup and you have to use their products, which isn't much of a choice.
