Worked well for the first year

I loved this brewer while it worked. This brewer makes a cup very quickly, and it's not excessively loud. We had no problems the first year. Shortly into the second , it would stop brewing cups, even though I descaled it regularly. Just a few days ago (1 year 8 months of ownership), it stopped working. I tried everything under the sun to unclog and clean it. I called customer service, but they said they couldn't replace it, but offer a discount on a new one. In my opinion, a coffee brewer that is priced at over $100 needs to last. That is a great deal of money to spend of a COFFEE MACHINE; I expected better durability, or a replacement. A family friend has given us a MINI brewing system, so we will see how that one works out. It's not as fast, but I'll survive. I probably won't be purchasing another keurig brand coffee brewer. For the price hey cost, I would have expected much more use, and a better resolution from customer support than asking me to spend more money. The discount they offered was significant, but for the money that was already paid, I do not think I'm interested in spending any more here.
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Fast
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Pricey / Poor Value

every morning 4 to 6 cups total. its not even 30 days old and wont fill all the way. I've cleaned it per Keurig website tutorial . I use only bottled water. I was so very excited I finally got this expensive coffee maker. Now I'm very DISAPPOINTED it is already BROKE AND HAS ISSUES.. descale not necessary. ITS NEW!!!!!! very Noisy Now
Cons: Wont Fill All The Way, Noisy, Pricey / Poor Value

We love our Keurig especially because hot coffee is dispense in seconds!!!

My last Keurig I never had a problem with it. Had it for 5 years. Loved it. The power switch broke, called Keurig said could not fix that. So I bought a new one through them. I was surprised how fast it came. Still happy, then I plug it in and I thought a Sherman Tank was going through the house. My last one was quite compared to this one. Also says includes a water filter handle, and 1 charcoal filter. WHAT. Where are they. Last but not least The box says K60 WR on this site there is no K60 there is a K65. I will be calling to find out what is going on.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Noisy

this is the second brewer that has gone bonkers rite after warranty was up everyday coffee drinkers buy commercial one cause home versions are junk 1 year life spans on home brewer

This brewer is so convenient. It includes a sizable water resevoir, eliminating the need to add water everytime you wish to brew a cup. There are 3 cup sizes to choose from, which is very helpful especially when brewing the brew over ice items into the insulated cups that are very popular in the summer time. I'm not going to lie, this brewer makes some noise, but so what. I would not expect a silent brewer and it's not like it's a problem. I would not even have addressed the noise, except it is something that some users find irritating. Not me, not at all.
