I love this maker and the ease to use it. I've had it over a year and it gets a serious workout. Between coffee, tea, hot cocoa and hot water for oatmeal, I have gotten my money out of it. Unfortunately, I dropped the water reserve and it cracked. I contacted the company and was informed that they do not sell replacement parts. I still use it, I just have to be really carefully not to fill past the crack. I LOVE this brewer but it's really lame that they can't help me out.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Fragile

I had two machines before we got this one. The first two were a different model and they were HORRIBLE!! I really was losing faith with Keurig but then we purchased this one and we love it. It survived a move cross country and works amazing. Between everyone in and out of our house we probably make at least 20+ cups a day. Every single one is piping hot and just as good! I would definitely recommend this model!!!

A perfect cup of coffee everytime!

I used to grind coffee beans the night before and prepare my coffee maker to brew a fresh pot of coffee for me the next morning by setting the timer. Each night I would have to clean the coffee pot, empty the filter holder of used coffee grinds and prepare the pot again for the next day. Now, all I do is add filtered water to the water resevoir every other day. When I get up in the morning, I place a K-cup in the holder and push a button. In no time, I have a fresh cup of piping hot, great tasting coffee. I will never own anything but a Keurig again!

The Best Coffee Maker Ever

I was never a huge fan of coffee and found it a hassle to make a pot (most of which went down the drain). I bought this machine right after the holidays and have become a huge fan. I miss it so much when traveling that, prior to going on vacation again, I am going to purchase a mini as a take along. I've gone from one or two cups a week to several every day, both hot and iced. My husband was sceptical but is now a huge fan as well. This is a wonderful product and I've recommended it to several friends who've also bought them. I've given one to each of my kids as gifts too.

A Great Brewer!

I love my Keurig! It is quick, convenient, and reliable. I use the timer feature and my first cup of morning coffee is ready in just over a minute. I have used this brewer everyday since receiving it as a Christmas gift 4 years ago and have never had a problem. The only cleaning I've done is to run it every so often without a K-Cup and rinse out the removable basket. (I do use Brita-filtered water in the coffee maker, so that may be why I haven't needed to do the vinegar cleanse.) A great coffee maker!

Perfect for me as the only coffee drinker in the family. Always gives me a hot and ready cup of joe. Very durable as it has survived moving!

Good, but not so good

Good machine, when it works. Large variety of coffees available from multiple sources. Unfortunately, I usually have to replace the machine every 3-6 months due to a variety of issues (I'm on my 5th machine). Good thing they replace them for free, sometimes. I'm just tired of getting a poor cup on a Sunday morning and having to wait several days for a new machine. If this machine was more dependable, my rating would be 4.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Multiple Settings
Cons: Noisy, Pricey / Poor Value, Undependable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does'nt fit ALL travel mug sizes. But it is Wonderful, I LOVE MINE!!
