Great machine

I bought this for coffee in the afternoon and evenings, I still brew a pot in the morning. This is useful that you can have different varieties and selections for everyone. I now enjoy a decaf after dinner since I don't have to brew a pot. I'd buy one again
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Durable, Multiple Settings

machine stopped working

i had the coffee brewer on all the time, i drink alot of coffee. the last 2 days or so, it started shutting down on me, i had to restart it. now its completely dead, i even changed plugs, still nothing. i like the fact that it takes only seconds to make coffee, easy to clean. but almost a year old it stopped.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Fast, Multiple Settings, Easy Clean, Coffee is hot, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Stopped working

Special Edition We replaced it FOUR times in the first year, then it stopped working again!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know others that have had the same problem with this model. The less expensive models seem to hold up better.

I bought my Keurig B60 brewer a couple months ago and it recently broke. I read "prime" on the screen. I read the users manual, and it stated that I should call customer service. The rep had me trouble-shoot the machine...empty the water, turn the tank upside down, shake it, put it back, unplug it...but in the end it still read "prime." The rep said it was broke and that she would send a new machine. I got my new machine through warranty today, but I am a little concerned after doing research online. It seems that there many people who have had the same problem and who are on their second and even third machines! For the price we pay for these brewers, they should last for years. I am not sure how this second machine will hold up, but I don't have high hopes.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Fragile

Got for a christmas gift last year was very happy with it. Only use bottled water and use the adapter that lets you use your any grounds. This past week it stopped working. Have tried all the tips on website but getting no results. Don't know where to turn. If I only get 2yr use not the best value.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to use, Quick, Fast

I would not recommend the special edition to anyone. I had to buy two in one year. I received a replacement on the second one and it's an updated version. I don't like the look of the updated version. I was told by customer service that they tried to work out the kinks and make it better. Maybe they should do that before they sell them, not happy.

Got this as a chirstmas gift 3yrs ago. For the price I expeceted this machine to last a while. Woke up this morning and the machine will not turn on. Call customer service and I have to buy a new one!!! I think I will go back to brewing coffee the regular way, at least that one lasted 15yrs. Who can affored to buy a new Keurige every few years not me.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Stylish
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Noisy, Limited Cup Sizes

Failed after 18 months, keurig charged $69.95 to replace.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Fast, Convenient
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Keurig charged to replace, Shuts off before ready, Failed after 18 months
