Absolutely love!

I had been looking at the Keurig machine for several months before I finally took the plunge and bought the Special Edition machine. My husband was extremely skeptical about it. It didn't take more than a couple days and he was converted and he now uses it more than I do! We both love the fresh coffee/tea at the touch of a button and while some complain about not having a bigger cup size, it takes a minute to add the additional amount. The machine was worth every penny and we have encouraged others to buy machines of their own. We even bought them for both our parents for Christmas this year and plan on including one in our kids' must have list for college. You cannot go wrong.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Durable

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Poor Purchase

Working on third coffee maker. First one had problems from the start. Would shut itself off after only making a half cup of coffee. Then it would work OK for a while. Then after 16 months, it just quit. No power, no nothing. Got the other one out of box as we had purchased two at the same time in December of 2009 and had one put away for son when he moved away. Brand new out of the box, it does the same thing. Makes a half cup of coffee and shuts off. Do these have a problem or what. Going to send that one back with the extended warranty too. Will give this third one a chance before calling it quits. NOT happy with the quality. Will not even get into the extended warranty problems, but I am NOT happy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The appliance should be better considered PRICE, Less than an year... today (06/05/2011) I will file a warranty claim, lets see how long it will takes. :(

3rd machine. keurig won't give me my money back. Constantly breaks. Save yourself some grief. Don't buy it.
Pros: Easy vs a french press
Cons: 3rd machinealways break

This was a Christmas present and for eight months I used this several times a day on average, including double mugs each morning. One day it suddenly died. While it certainly should have lasted longer, one phone call to Keurig and another new brewer was on the way - complete with a new warranty. No RMA's or waiting for a box, just an email with a Fedex tracking number. Despite the passing of the brewer, I'm very pleased with this company. They stand behind their stuff. I tend to waste money on people like that.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Pricey / Poor Value

Have had my brewer for 2 1/2years and it just died. Called the Company and was told to clean out holes which I did, but to no avail. I did buy a new one from the Tech because I have been spoiled by the brewer. We also have one in FL and had to replace it right after purchasing it, but had no trouble with the company with that, it was well within the 1 year warrenty.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish
Cons: Noisy

Should last longer for the money.

Very disappointed my brewer just died!!! I have had it about 2 years. I have had the issues with it not priming and automatically just shutting off. I just think that with the money that is spent on these machines, they should last longer. The coffee tastes awsome though.

This brewer only lasted a little over 2 years. I descaled according to directions and for the last few months the only way I can get anything to brew is to descale every few days. Even then, the cup sizes are not 1/4 what they should be. I have already shared issues with many. I contacted Keurig and did not really get any answers.
Cons: Noisy, Pricey / Poor Value, HARD TO CLEAN
