Love My Keurig

I have been wanting a Keurig for 2 years and my husband surprised me. I received my new Keurig for Valentines Day and I Love it. I programmed it to come on before I get up in the mornings for work. It is ready when I go into the kitchen to prepare a cup of coffee and it only takes a minute of less to brew. It is a little noisy when heating the water but that doesn't matter to me. I Love My Keurig.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Stylish, Fast
Cons: Noisy

Best coffee maker i've had. Quick and easy to use. Make your own or buy the K-cups.

Number 4 just died..

Well the 4th unit in less than 2 months died last night.. 1st one, 3 weeks, 2nd one, 1 week, 3rd one 2 days, 4th one 6 days.. We shall see how long number 5 lasts.. All under warranty, all replaced at no charge... Other than "Chris" everyone at Keurig have been a pleasure to deal with...
Pros: Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Prime issue
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I use this everyday and let me tell you this is a super unit!!! Brews FAST and makes great coffee!!!

Design issue - fix or remove from market

Have the prime issue, need to place recall or stop selling until unit is fixed. Design problem. Now on my 3rd unit, I spend 1/2 time making/drinking and 1/2 time working on unit and calling customer service. Custom Service is great, but they must work 24/7 to deal with all the issues. Need engineers/designers to talk with customers to get a handle on the issue.

Cons: Fragile

Could not live without it!!

We have owned this unit for 13 months and absolutely love it!! When we go on vacation my husband comments about how much he is going to miss this great coffee........which, by the way, he had given up because no home coffee maker ever made coffee to suit him. This afternoon, the unit would stopped working afer working this morning. After trying everything we knew, I called CS and the young man walked us through the one thing we had not done.......cleaning the three holes around the upper needle. It worked like a charm and we are now back in business and ready to enjoy our afternoon iced coffee. Coffee maker is great, K-Cups are great, and Keurig Customer Service is great!!

DO NOT BUY THE B60 Model Brewer

We had our first brewer for two years before it pooped out and now this new B60 model is a piece of junk. We are on our third one right now, all under warranty as they only work for 1-2 weeks until the Prime light comes on and it gets air stuck in the lines and won't make coffee. If this one is a dud too we'll have to try a different model. So disappointing since we have to go weeks in between without a coffee maker.
Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
