Do not buy

My original Keurig B-60 lasted 3 years of constant use. I replaced the unit when the head assembly cracked with a B-70. The pump died in two weeks. The unit was replaced and the pump died on the 2nd unit within 1 week. I returned the B-70 for a B-60. The pump died on the B-60 within 1 month; replaced it with another B-60 and this pump just died (3 weeks). I give up on Keurig; what was a great idea has been killed with cheap construction of the brewers. Although I have over 10 boxes of K-cups on the shelf, I will switch to Tassimo.
Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nothing But Problems

I have had nothing but problems with these units and the customer service is not helpful. I think these are great but not when I have to replace the unit every year because the pump decides to stop working or the unit just does not respond to the button I am pressing. I have had 5 of these, different versions over time but, I am tired. What happened to a coffee pot lasting a few years? I descale the unit everything. These things have a mind of their own they decide to work when they want to.

Bought it a year ago. Loved it. Needed it. I drank coffee all the time. When i got pregnant, i stopped drinking coffee so i put it away safely. 3 months later i took it back out for my visiting family. It wont turn on. How disappointing.

Could not find a coffee maker to satisfy my coffee gravings up until now. A perfect cup of fresh made coffee every cup. Never bitter.

Don't waste your money

We had issues with our Special Edition after only 2 days of use. It started only making part cups of coffee and after a week stopped pumping water altogether. I have tried contacting Keurig by both email and phone and have been told that a service representative would contact me within 24-48 hours, well that was a week ago. Save yourself a huge headache and buy something else. It works great when it works but for the money I spent I expected to get a little more than a week of use out of it.
Pros: Stylish
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this brewer after returning 2 platinum brewers which gave me problems after having them for less than a month. I figured I would downsize and maybe have better luck, no, this model is just as bad. I should have kept my Breville it may have been loud ( did not have quiet brew technology) but, it worked well. This quiet brew technology has not been tested. It couldn't have been through very rigorous tests. It causes problems. Machine shuts down for no reason or gets stuck in not ready mode. Do not buy a platinum or special edition brewer. Go online and search there are numerous complaints on these brewers
