Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Pricey / Poor Value, Noisy

Special Edition is really special

The only con I have and it is not important enough to list in the con column is that right at first it takes a bit to get used to how you need to work it to get the water to flow. It would be nice if the instructions explained that you needed to lift up the arm even if you were just running water through it. Of course, after a couple days you get used to that and it never is a problem. Truthfully, I am quite pleased with this machine. I really like the coffee it makes and I like the variety of K-cups that are available. I like it enough that I talked my 89 year old mother into buying one and she alse is very pleased. Keurig has a great product here.

PRIME CONSTANTLY

Well for some reason the water backs up in the coffee and makes a mess sometimes. It constantly needs primed. But I do love the fact that I can have a cup of coffee in an instant. I am a coffee lover!
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Fast
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Water backs up, Pricey / Poor Value

I have had 4 machines, either the reservoir leaked, the rubber plastic thing that leaked inside the reservoir, and leaking at the bottom....
Pros: Stylish, Nice looking machine, Easy to use
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, Noisy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use and fantastic way to make coffe, Tea , or Cocoa, my family enjoy it, my son from 8 yrs old use it for hot cocoa and the rest of us we enjoy our coffe with indivual taste and super fast to make it. Specially in the table with food yu can enjoy a hot or cold tea and latter a fresh coffe , everything at the same time and momet. We love it !!!!
Pros: Easy to use

Good Product and Great Customer Service

We have had 2 units in under a year. Keurig with their awesome customer service replaced our original brewer with a new one. However the placement just went out. We got the replacement sent out 10/29/2011. Received it a couple days later. It has been working great till last week. Customer service contacted me last week. And I just got off the phone with them. And they are sending me a replacement w/upgrade to the Platinum Brewer. AWESOME!!!! I tell you Keurig you guys have not lost a customer. Your brewers are the best thing since coffee brewers were invented. Please keep up the OUTSTANDING Customer service. Continue to make those brewers. But please fix the pump/communication issue with this brewer. Thanks guys.

Stops Working After A Few Months

Despite paying well over $100 for this unit, it failed within a few months. It quit brewing coffee and quit drawing water from the resevoir into the heating tank. Internet searches show that this is an all too common problem.
Pros: Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use
Cons: Fragile, Noisy, Pricey / Poor Value, HARD TO CLEAN
