Unusable for me

Problem is living in South Florida you cannot leave standing water without it becoming nasty. As this unit is impossable to get all the water out,I made one cup of coffee and as i drink coffee only once in a while,it now needs a major episode to clean. Manufacturer refused any help to swap out unit. I spent $[$] for a single cup
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Stores water all the time

Cup sizes

I have had this for over a year and generally love the convenience of one cup, but it is literally one cup, not a mug. There are 3 sizes, but the largest does not fill a normal mug. The temperature is hot enough, but could be a little hotter.
Pros: Durable, Easy to use, Fast, Stylish
Cons: Does not fill a mug, Limited Cup Sizes, Not hot enough

So far good warranty replacement

Just recieved my warranty replacement brewer yesterday. Only took a couple of days. Great customer service. The issue I had with the old one was the "prime" would always pop up and would not pump the water. First off good on Keurig to add the XL resevoir to the replacement! Second the system is 4 for 4 and no "prime" issue. More to follow in the next few months. But overall: Great Customer service and XL resevoir a BIG plus.
Pros: Fast, Multiple Settings, Easy to use

Close, but needs refinement.

If this brewer was priced under $100 then I could live with some of the shortcomings that this model has. Mostly, this is a decent brewer, but some features are lacking and the durability is something that needs improvement. My brewer after about 6 months of say 2 cups per day use is now making a much louder noise when it brews and sometimes the size cup that you select is not what it gives you. There are also times when it will brew and I will get a mouthful of coffee grinds in my cup. Besides these shortcomings, I find that the large setting is more like a medium, the medium setting is more like a small, and the small setting is more like a tease. That being said, the comment I get almost all the time when I brew my friends a first time Keurig cup of coffee is "That's a large?!?". I usually have to brew them two separate medium cups to get the strength and quantity that they are used to drinking in one serving.
Pros: Stylish, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Pricey / Poor Value, Limited Cup Sizes, Not durable

Love this machine!

I wish I would have bought this a long time ago. This machine makes excellent coffee and teas, no more long waits in the Starbucks drive thru for me. This also takes up less space than my previous traditional coffee maker, I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Did not last more than one year

Used my Kuerig daily. Great for brewing hot water for a single cup of tea or coffee. Was a great product until stopped working after about 13 months usage. It's a scary thought that I may buy a replacement to have it also stop working after 12 or 13 months. It starting giving me less than full cups and then the control panel stopped working.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish
Cons: Not durable

love the coffe but getting frustrated

we were in love with this brewer when we first got it, then began having problems with "prime" coming on after every other cup or so. Customer service has been great, sending us three new brewers, but each ends up with the same problem after using only a few times. We will call customer service again on Monday, but will look for a different brand if this is not resolved this time.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Fast
Cons: Bad Pump, Fragile

What a let down

I have just recently started drinking coffe and was so excited to get the Keurig. I have only made a few cups in it and every single one of them tastes watered down. I have even tried different flavors and added my own coffee too. I have tried all the different size cups and nothing helps. Believe I will be returning this. What a let down because I only drink 1-2 cups a day and this was the perfect solution for my needs.
