Looks nice but poor quality

I have two of these, one in my home and one at my winter place in FL. After the first year, it gets noisy; after the second it quits working properly. I like the brewer a lot, but Keurig really needs to improve the quality and durability of the pump system.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Poor quality product, Noisy, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had mine less than two years and it isn't working! Contacted the company three times to complain I want them to replace it but no ! Dissatisfi!!!
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

Trying machine #5

After trying our fourth machine we now have to send this machine back. All the machines have a mind of their own ie: shuts off, will brew wrong size cups, sounds like it's trying to work but sits idol. Someone really needs to look into the problem. We have tried 3 different models so the issue is on all models not just one.

Greatly Disappointed

I received my first unit as a Christmas gift. Worked well until April, when it started having "Prime" errors. meaning that it would not pump water out of the tank, and into the brewer. I was really pleased with customer service, as they sent me a replacement. It arrived on May 18th, worked a couple of weeks, and now has the exact same "Prime" problem. If you read the customer reviews, on this website, you will find WAY TO MANY 1 star reviews regarding failing machines. It is pretty obvious that either the design, manufacture, or both is lacking here, and that trend seems to span all the models.
Cons: Undependable Bad design

Poor quality

My family and I love the Keurig concept but the quality of the brewers is so poor it makes me wonder why Keurig just doesn't make them here in the USA. I have purchased 4 in two years. Two I was able to return. The past issues I have had were the pump which draws from the reservoir failed, gradual failure to not pushing water through the k-cup to just not working. I have cleaned the coffee maker as directed all the time and still the issues persisted. For the amount of money you pay for the k-cups the least Keurig could do is to make a decent coffee maker. After this one dies I may go back to the Mr. Coffee at least they lasted 5 years.
Pros: Brews a good cup, Stylish
Cons: Noisy, Pricey / Poor Value, Made not to last, Fragile, Built like garbage

Love It!!!

I have my Keurig for 3 years and I love it. I have enjoyed every cup of coffee. I have a little problem 2 months ago and I called the company. They sent a little part I need to correct the issue and my Keurig is like new again. When the time comes that I have to replace it, I will buy another one just like it. LOVE IT!!!!!
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

I LOVE THIS BREWING SYSTEM....MY HUSBAND EVEN ENJOYS USING IT..... IT DOES HAVE A TENDENCY TO BE NOISEY, BUT YOU OVERCOME THAT. I LOOK FORWARD TO MANY YEARS WITH THIS AND PLAN ON BUYING A LARGER ADDITION TO USE IN MY DINING ROOM FOR HOLIDAY GATHERINGS AND BIRTHDAYS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO TRY IT....

This was a good idea at first. It was percieved as brilliant at first. Alas all good things come to an end. The pump failed and now we are lucky if we get a cup. I now have a house full of coffee though. My partner had the same machine at work and that had a similar problem.
