My love hate relationship with my Keurig

I wake up and first thing is to have my cup of coffee. I bought this machine about 2 or 4 months ago and from the monemt I got it....it never made a full cup. Never had a Keupig before and I thought it was just because it was new but now I have to run the machine 3 to 4 time to get a full cup. Very disappointed. I am going to call to see what can be done.
Cons: Hate it doesn't work well, Work too hard 4 a cup

metallic taste

had the original keurig. loved it. the newest model had a very metallic taste even after many tries. finally, tastes better - not great.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to use
Cons: Noisy, Metallic taste, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent Customer Service

I had a problem with the prime system. it worked great for first three weeks then would lose prime after first or second cup. Went through all the procedures they asked me to do. Now they are sending me a new Kuerig, at no cost I might add.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Fast
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

Single serve system great concept, but many design flaws.
Pros: Enjoyed the convenience, Easy to use
Cons: Noisy, Sounded like fog horn

I've had my Keurig for about 2 1/2 years now and I think it's fabulous! The convenience of being able to make a cup of coffee any time without brewing a pot is worth the cost. Plus, I keep several flavors of coffee on hand for variety. I even use it to make hot water with store bought tea bags or hot cocoa mixes--just open and close the top without adding a pod. I buy all my coffees on the Keurig website which costs about $.50 a cup. Sure, it's more than brewing a pot, but a LOT less than Starbucks. Sometimes its a little quirky and will shut off when I'm trying to make coffee, but I fill the tank and it works again. Cleaning is also a pain--I run vinegar through it and it takes several tank fulls of water to clean it out. Nevertheless, when it dies, I'll still buy another one.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Fast, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Easy to use

Love it, wish it would keep working

I use every day, and really value picking by my mood which coffee. I love the K-cup concept. The brewer though has broken twice in two years. First time despite cleaning advice, it would intermittantly not make a full cup. Second time it broke, it would turn on and shut itself off. The second time it broke was this morning. In Kuerig's best practices, they have instantly replaced both machines. Customer service has been excellent to remedy the issues I have encountered. I'm hoping my third machine (in two years) is a keeper, it should arrive in a few days. Very disappointed this morning to find the machine would not turn on. Expected better reliability.
Pros: Kuerig is great fixing it, MAKES GREAT COFFEE
Cons: On my third

Dont waste your money

This will be the 3rd brewer I've gotten from the company 1st one started brewing cold water the 2nd one would'nt turn on lets see what this one does customer service is great but not worth the money to many problems!!!!!
