HAD 2 MACHINES IN LESS THEN 2 YEARS AND BOTH STOPPED WORKING. VERY DISAPPOINTED
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

Loved it til it stopped working

Our Keureg was a gift. We loved it, recommended to other, etc. until it suddenly just stopped working after 13 mos. Unable to reach Keureg by phone & cannot afford to replace machine every 13 mos! Sorry I recommended and hope our friends don't have same experience.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Fast, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Fragile

Makes great coffee, but.....

The B-60 makes excellent coffee, but I had 3 B-60's in less than 3 months with the same problem. After approximately 15-20 cups of coffee the PRIME light comes on. I followed the online videos and called customer service, but the problem still persists. Keurig has been good about sending replacements, but lets fix the problem. It has become very frustrating.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Prime problems, HARD TO CLEAN

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Love It

I had one and my boyfriend had one, mine was almost two years old and his not quite a year. I did the descale on his B60 model and that night it quit working. Pluged mine and it said brewing but nothing. I called Keurig and they are replacing his at not cost and I have to run a few test with mine when I get home. If it doesn't all I have to do call them back. This is the best customer service. Love the coffee maker and it makes great tasting coffee and great for people who love different flavor coffee.

Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, HARD TO CLEAN

Three years and going

I use this coffee maker to brew at least 3 cups a day. It was a chirstmas present in 2008 and with normal care it hasn't missed a beat.
Pros: Durable, Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Noisy

Not up to my expectations

A family member had a keurig and I was quite impressed campared to the other types out there. I like the system but feel it is lacking in a couple of areas. Even when set to hotest temp, it is still not hot enough. The cup sizes are just plain wrong. It is a very nice unit and only just had it for a week. I would recommend it but cautiously because of these shortfalls

Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Limited Cup Sizes

best of both worlds

I get caffeine headaches bad and that just started about 6 months ago and it is probably cause i drink like 5 cups of coffee a day, I love coffee but had to switch to decafe. My husband needs regular coffee in order to get through his day at work and so he doesnt drink as much as I do and having a traditional coffee pot that brewed a whole pot of one kind or another was not working for us. The keurig is a bit pricey for us but we found a great deal, and could not pass it up and we are saving more now by having the convenience of his-regular and mine-decafe without wasting all the left overs of a whole pot. Whats even more amazing is having a cup of tea at night before bed without having to boil water, or giving the kids a warm, instant cup of cocoa after playing in the snow or a cold rainy walk home after school, without dirtying any other dishes to steam milk or boil water, with the added bonus of no clumpy cocoa floating in it or gumming up on the bottom. The reusable filter for brewing our own coffee is also a plus but has to be used just right or the water spills over and we get grounds in our cup, but that was easy to adjust and it does ok for the most part. It is by far the nicest thing in our kitchen. It is easy to use but a little hard to get in the machine to clean, the way I like things cleaned. The programming on it is nice, it is on before we wake up and I have it programmed to shut off just in case we forget to do it. When turning it on any time during the day it doesnt take any more than what seems like a second to be ready, I push the button and by the time I have my cup and creamer and stirrer the keurig is ready to go.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Versatile, Fast
Cons: Pricey, HARD TO CLEAN

Pretty Good

Wished it brewed actual size verses what is listed. I have a ten oz cup that only gets about 1/2 full. Other than that, price should be lower on K-Cups.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes
