Wish our local big grocery stores had a better selection of k-cups. Impossible to find teas. Happy to find the online store!
Pros: Stylish, Durable, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

I love this coffee maker... Like my headline said, I'm not sure how I lived without it. Can't wait to get my sweet tea in the mail ;)) if you are thinking about buying this, DO IT! You won't regret it!

Two years old and leaks all over the counter. Very pricey for the amount of use.

Use coffee maker daily, morning and evening.
Pros: Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Fast, Multiple Settings
Cons: Coffee Pods are expensive

Great Coffee, but Terrible Reliability

I really like the convenience and quality of the coffee provided by this coffemaker. However, like all Keurig coffeemakers it only lasts about a year. I received this coffemaker as a replacement for a higher end model. (After the hassle I had getting the warrantee replacement, I just wasn't up to arguing about being downgraded.) The original lasted a little less than a year, the replacement lasted a little over a year. Everyone I know has had similarly poor reliability, including my daughter who bought the expensive Breville machine hoping it would last longer.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Poor durability
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Machines have a short life :-(

Had our Keruig for 2 months before it started giving us some real frusterating problems. Within a month of having it (and not drinking a lot of coffee) we needed to descale and prime the machine several times, then in the 2nd month of having it we needed to prime the machine every 3 cups. Called customer service and did what they told me to do, said I shouldn't have any more problems, but then 5 cups later it needed to be primed again! Called CS and they are sending out a replacement, I am a little scared now because after reading reviews and seeing that most of the people are having problems with their brewers on numerous sites, that when the warrenty is done, I will be left needing to buy another machine. Bottomline.... I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased it.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Short life span, Pricey / Poor Value

Perfection

Although my Keurig was a gift from my husband to me, my 9 and 15 year old use it twice as much as I do. They are very comfortable using it and I am comfortable with them using it due to the easy controls and refill tank, no hot parts and the quickness.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, ChildTeen Friendly
