I have coffee or tea about 5 times a day. The off/on and cup size choices stopped working after 2 years - it keeps shutting off I Love the machine but am disappointed in its short life span.
Pros: Fast, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this machine! My good friend has the platinum unit, so I was a little nervous about my purchase until it arrived. It's easy enough to use that my 5-year old nephew is now quite adept at making his own hot cocoa, lol. I am VERY fussy about my morning coffee, and I have not been disappointed with this unit (esp. loaded with my Coffee People K-cups). I will say that bottled water is a must in my location, though. I'm a small biz owner on the go, and this unit saves me precious minutes in the AM; esp. when running late!
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Durable, Multiple Settings
Cons: none

We have had ours for a couple years, NEVER had a problem with it. We have multiple family members buy one after seeing ours and they all love them. We are buying one as a gift this christmas using some of our reward points. We ONLY use the filtered water out of our fridge and have no issue with build up. My wife drinks coffee and I like tea so these machines are perfect. I buy bulk tea and use the universal filter, works perfect! Recommend these machines to everyone.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use

Love Love LOVE this coffee maker! I'm a coffee drinker, my husband is not. I got tired of cleaning my 12-cup coffee maker and was never interested in a 4-cup maker. I purchased this Keurig at [...] and what a deal it was! It included 60 k-cups and the individual filter to use my own coffee!I have used it every day since. I make coffee in the mornings and hot water for tea in the evenings. My children use the Keruig for hot water for their oatmeal and hot chocolate. The machine is easy to use, it does not take long to heat, and has made consistent cups of coffee. I'm so glad we purchased this coffee maker. The 12-cup will make it's appearance at family gatherings and parties, but the Keruig will have a permanent place on the counter.
Pros: Multi-tasker, Easy to use, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

I first met the Keurig brewer in a hotel room in Philadelphia in May of 2008 and it was love at first sight. I came home, researched it and had one in my house within the week. My love only grew with time. I love the convenience; the speed with which you get your coffee; the fact that you can get a wide variety of K-cups just about anywhere. The idea of going back to the old fashioned brewing was unthinkable. To give an idea of the workload my brewer bears, we brew an average of three cups a day 365 days a year. The days that we're away and don't brew are balanced out by the days when we have a houseful of guests each brewing a cup or more. That first brewer lasted two years almost to the day. When it died, I called customer service. We did some trouble shooting but couldn't fix it. They offered me a discount on a new one and I jumped on it... How awesome was that?! The replacement was an improvement on the first one. They had perfected the "silent technology" and it was much, much quieter. Those earlier versions could be heard anywhere in the house when they were brewing. After about a year, that brewer started acting up. In digging out the manual to get the number for customer service, I realized that I had had it for one year and one day... technically, one day outside the warranty period. They were very nice, though, and did honor the warranty. My new brewer should be arriving any day now. After the second one started acting up, I looked at the online reviews for the first time and sensed that longevity is not one of the Keurig brewer's strong suits. As a result, when this one dies (and the good money says that that's going to be within two years) I'm more than likely going to go with different brand. It turns out that what I love is not so much the Keurig brewer, as it is the concept of the single cup brewer along with the bonus of no clean up afterwards. I've seen reviews for one brand of single cup brewer where the owners have had them for five years and more. I'll probably try that one. Would I recommend it to a friend? Only With the caveat that it's probably going to last them no more than two years. Knowing that up front, some people may find that acceptable.
Pros: Great coffee selections, Fast, Easy to use, Convenient
Cons: Built to be disposable

I make about 2-3 cups of coffee on an average per day and the coffee maker only lasted by 2 months. Would not say this is a solid product
Pros: Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use
Cons: Fragile, HARD TO CLEAN
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have one of these machines in our church kitchen and the congregation really looks forward to morning coffee (or tea, or hot chocolate). Many members are looking forward to getting their own Keurig machine, and it has proven itself up to the task of handling a lot of cups in a row.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Easy to use, Durable

Don't Trust It!

We are waiting on our 4th brewer. The first 2 stopped taking up water consistently after 8-10 days. The 3rd one (shipped from the manufacturer) wouldn't even take up water right out of the box and the display wasn't working properly. The coffee (when the machine is working) is excellent, unfortunately this model has ALOT to be desired.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Doesn't take up water
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
