Too mcuh Buzz.

Though a vey useful machine, can't believe mine FAILD in less than 18 months. Not worth the price if it is going to be broken in such short period.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Noisy, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

this thing was not like one of my kids. you could make it work all day and every day. and only it would whinn every time it made a cup. the new one dose not whinn. hope it last as long as the last one

Love it..... BUT!!

I like the features. On at the right time, off at the right time and ready to go, can even choose your temperature!! I bought this machine on March 28th 2012 and was SO excited to get it home. Plugged it in, followed the startup process, put in K-Cup and....... UGH! Would not fill a cup!! Called CS and the lady was wonderful, went through all the obligatory tests and she said a new one was on it's way and NOT to take it back to the store. OK. But now my extended warranty purchased at the same time will be VOID because of the different serial number. It was recommended for the a 12oz to-go cup we should brew the 6oz size twice, that works, it fills my daughters to-go cup and she loves the different coffees. I bought it for the three cup sizes thinking it would fill my 16oz, but no. Two of the 8oz still doesn't cut it. CS said they would send me an email immediately, never got it, said they would email me return instructions, never got that either! Just about to make another call. The cup sizes and loss of extended warranty and no email are my only bug bear. PLEASE sort out realistic cup sizes. I would only recommend this model with a cup size caution! It doesn't even FILL the stated 10oz!!! Disappointed. But my own fault for not reading the reviews here. I got it because I liked it at the bank we use. My friend also got one but a different model (she only drinks small cups, so not a problem) and she didn't have a problem with the machine. I don't find mine to be noisy.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Stylish, Hot drinks, Fast
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, HARD TO CLEAN

Prime Problem

Our family of 5 loves the Keurig coffee that we brew at home, however, we have had to deal with a recurring problem with the machine. Approximately, after every second cup brewed, the display reads "Prime" and we have to remove the reservoir and return it to the brewer. Also, the brewer will frequently only dispense half cups of coffee.

Loved it for first 3 months

Got the B60 for Christmas 2011 and loved it until we started having Prime issues by March 2012. Followed the directions in the manual several times and ended up having to call customer service at Keurig which walked me through the steps to prime all over again. It fixed it temporarily for the next cup but once that brewed, PRIME showed up again. Called Keurig back and they sent out a replacement pretty quickly. Just received yesterday so we'll see how long this one lasts. Sadly disappointed in the construction of the brewer to have issues so early on. I had given 2 of the same styles as gifts so I'm worried they will have problems as well. Would be great if this product had a longer life span for the price we paid.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Fast
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Short life span

B-60 Keurig Brewing System

My second Keurig brewer has just stop brewing. I have had two Keurig B-60 brewers and couldn't get more than 18 months use out of either of them. It seemed like the system computer stopped the process when you triggered the cup size selection and then the light would stay lit but nothing would happen. I then would unplug the electrical cord for about 20 seconds and then reinstall the cord and try again then it would again work for a while for two or three cups then start giving me the same trouble all over again. Now it give up. If it wasn't for the points system I probably would have passed with getting another Keurig brewer but for getting the brewer at half price I placed an order for another B-60 brewer and just hope that it will last maybe two (2) years!!!
Pros: Makes Hot Drinks - Hot, Fast, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Poor durability, Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value
