Much improved over earler versions

Better durability and workmenship from earler version. Larger capacity watertank. Internal water pump appears to be more reliable with quieter operation.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Easy to use, Durable

My first keurig actually had issues (short brewing cups and not holding temperature) and they replaced it promptly!! :)......This has not changed how I feel about the brewer I simply love the brewer I use my machine daily and alot I drink alot of coffee and it is extreemly awesome that you are able to brew your own coffee as well with the filter cups...I had to call keurig for some help in cleaning the machine but it was actually very easy to do and now we have now had no issues with the machine When I bought my machine we got rid of all other drink appliances including our kettle so there is now more room in our kitchen because this machine does it all and best of all it makes several cup sizes which is great and very pleasing for the size of cups my family enjoys One of the other options that I just LOVE about this machine is the ability to control the temperature of your drink and ability to change it for each drink made :) This machine is so simple and quick to use it makes it great that all of my children are able to use it as well...it is a fast machine and OVERALL PERFECT IN MY EYES :)
Pros: Fast, Easy to clean, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Less appliances needed, Durable, Easy to boil water, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Flaws easy fix
Cons: First system failed

Good but not perfect

Love the convenience of brewing just one cup at a time, and the selection of coffee, but not crazy about the loss of prime on occasion, this machine is only 2 months old. Removeing the reservoir, and replacing it usually solves the problem, but still should not be necessary.
Pros: Fairly quiet, Fast, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Loses prime

Quality has gone downhill

I've owned several Keurig machines over the past 10 years-the coffee quality was good, product well made, no complaints. However, after only two months, my most recent machine (Special Edition) was a big disappointment. The handle/lever used to be stainless stell - now it is plastic. The sizing options stopped working after 4 weeks - my cup gets less and less filled every day no matter which option I choose. The automatic on/off has never worked, and the water pressure is less, because my usual brands are weaker than they should be. I followed all instructions, but I am fed up. Getting a Nespresso now.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Limited Cup Sizes, Cheap parts for new model
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I use my Keurig many, many times a day. It is absolutely the best thing since sliced bread. My first Keurig got "sick" and I called customer service for help. We went through a few steps together and then Keurig offered to send me a FREE replacement coffeemaker! Now how great is that? I love coffee on demand. Go Keurig!!!

short life after a year

Have had this unit about 1 1/2 and it dies and now to repalce it i have to purchase a new one, it works well when in use, but as a small applicance it's lifetime is short for the money i should just buy a 1 setting machine or go back to a regular coffee maker which cost about 20.00 and lasts 10 times longer

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Noisy

Don't waste your money

Got the coffee maker as a gift and the thing from the start didn't make full cups like it said. The K-cups are to expensive. used my own coffee with the reusable filter and that leeked all over and not in the cup. Now the not ready light is on and wont go off and the coffee maker wont work.
Pros: It's ok when it works, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Always adding water, Pricey / Poor Value, NOT READY LIGHT, Does not work properly, Does not brew full cups, Fragile, Its a piece of trash

Piece of Junk

I have been through 4 of the Model B60 brewers and they all get the same prime fault code. Kuerig is quick to send out a replacement but the same issues happen after about a month of light use.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Manufactured in China, Not durable, Noisy, Fragile
