My only concern.I have cleaned the machine, B-60 Every 3-4 months with 48 ounce of vinegar. Still have a NOISY start up and an even NOISER finish AFTER the last drop is received. Why? I prefer B-60 FEATURES over the B-70. Hopefully Keurig will keep the B-60 around for many years to come. BIBS, Mirabel,Québec, Canada

Cons: Noisy

Great Brewing System

Buying this brewer is one of the best decision I've made in a while. I absolutely love this coffee maker! I bought it in November of 2011 & have had no problems. I use it every day. It is incredibly convenient & you don't waste coffee, because you brewed too much!! I only use the K-cups & encourage you to sign up for the automatic delivery for the discount prices, free shipping & (5) pkg. free coffee or tea when you order (6) boxes or more. I've read reviews by people that have had problems when they use loose ground coffee, so I've never used it. There is no mess or clogging issues when you use the K-cups. I not only recommend this brewer, but I'm also purchasing another one for my Mom!
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Fast, Durable, Stylish, Easy to use

Stopped working a year later

After a year the product stopped working. It began giving less coffee then the amount pressed. If you search the web you will discover many, many people with this problem. The reccomended solution of turning machine upside down and slapping it (!!!) did not solve the problem for me. Descaling also did not solve. Expensive price for such poor workmanship. A shame because I ilike the product otherwise.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Multiple Settings
Cons: Not durable, Limited Cup Sizes, Stopped working

I have purchased 3 Keurig coffee makers and this by far was the worst! Too pricey to have so many issues with working, not working, clogs, poor tasting coffee, etc etc. Now the power just wont turn on. I swear they are only good for one year and a day before they go kapoot
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Noisy, HARD TO CLEAN

I use my keurig about twice a day everyday. I got it last year for Mother's day and was very pleased to finallY b up on the latest coffee gadget. I love the coffee flavors and the huge variety. I am very disappointed though, I have to keep fighting with the darn thing because its not brewing the right amount that I choose as far as cup size, it keeps shuting itself off. I used the trouble shoot and it works for a day but I have to keep doing it. I think 149.00 coffee pot should definitly last longer than one year, almost to the day.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My Favorite Toy in the kitchen

I love this machine it's wonderful and easy to use and it looks Gorgeous on my countertop and my son that's 16 cant get enough of it he loves the Vanilla coffee cups. I love the iced tea cups and my husband loves all the different varieties to chose from every morning before work.

Keurig Is Amazing For Service!

I use my brewer a lot. We are two avid coffee drinkers in the house so it gets a workout. I'm writing this to say that customer service with this company really rocks! My first service several years ago was warranty service and they just replaced it no questions asked. My service call today was for a brewer out of warranty and although they could not fix it free, they offered me a replacement brewer at a very attractive price. This company backs up their product 100% and that is amazing.

I am the only coffee drinker in the house. This is great! The timer is great to wake up to! I can make one cup at a time & it's perfect! I enjoy the variety of K-cup flavors to choose from. And when family/friends come over, they can choose too. I am so glad I purchased this!!
