Will give Keurig Minis for Christmas

I like the idea that you can have a cup of breakfast blend then have a cup of Hazelnut followed by a cup of Italian blend without making a whole pot of each. Just one cup of fine coffee each time. I am going to get 2 Keurig Minis for Christmas presants this year using my club Keurig points.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

2 brews to fill a mug even on the highest setting, but I got used to that. Then it started sending water back to the reservoir and not filling the cup. It is a common problem. I like the coffee and ease of use,

Very Unsatisfied - won't buy one again

I'm an absolute coffee fan, but when my Keurig has been descaled, cleaned, and well maintained and STILL wont brew a full 10 oz cup when I click that button - It makes me furious that I've paid this much money for something that does not work.

Cons: Complicated, Won't Fill Full Cup, Fragile, HARD TO CLEAN, Pricey / Poor Value, Noisy

We have had this model for over 4 years. It works as well today as it did on day 1. We make between 8-12 cups per day, using only bottled water, in addition to changing the charcoal filter every 3 months. We use the prepared de scaling solution about once yearly, and have had absolutely no problems with the brewer. Our coffee is always fresh and delicious. We also have one at the office that we purchased about 3 1/2 years ago that has performed equally as well, and serves about 15 coffee drinkers with multiple cups each day. I love the ability to have a cup of hot coffee, tea, or cocoa in under a minute. My only criticism would be the price of K-cups, but we temper that by using the accessories that allow us to use ground coffee purchased in bulk. I'm surprised by the negative reviews because we have many family members and friends who use these brewers without problems. You have numerous unpaid marketers in our family! We highly recommend this brewing system.

I can't seem to find the part I need. The rubber washer under the brew lid just around the puncture point keeps falling out. I can't seem to find it on any site.

This is the 2nd Keurgig System we have owned. The first one is still going strong even after 2 years of use. We gave it to our daughter and she loves it. We have now had this Special Edition model for about 3 months and absolutely love it. We would highly recommend it.
