LOVE IT!!

I love this thing. Fresh coffee on demand doesnt get any better. The cups are a little pricy but we buy them from [@], [@], or online for the best prices. I wish it held as much water as the Premium but hey.....you cant have everything.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Stylish
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

Easy to use, easy to clean, works like a dream day after day! We absolutely adore this coffee pot and if it ever decides to die, well we will have to have another just like it.. This works so well and the coffee is delicious every time! Perfect cup with every cup brewed! We use the k cups and the filter to make our own ground coffee, it is all good! Thank you We recommend this pot on a regular basis, it is totally worth the money~
Pros: Fast, Durable, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use

Not a well made product

Can not get one of these machines to last a year. Got the first one at Christmas and by July it quit working. Started having issues with not brewing full cups. Then just went dead as a hammer. Keurig sent a new one replacement at no cost. Lasted from July til now (May).Same exact issues. Another replacement is on the way. Only wish Keurig's products were as good as their customer service. Bottom line is that when you purchase one of these units, they should go ahead and give you the replacement up front. That way you won't have to be without a machine while waiting on the replacement. I do love the coffee the machine makes though.
Pros: Stylish, Great coffee, Fast, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Won't Last, Bad design

Failed after 14 months!

The headline says it all. At our usual rate of usage (3-4 cups/day)this adst the equivalent of 13cents/cup to the overall cost. If the next one dies as quickly, I'll move off Keurig!!!

Got one for a gift, loved it, then it broke in 6 months, took it back got another and it broke after two years. I expected more durability. I will buy another. Last chance tho' three strikes your out. Love the idea, love the machine and the coffee.
Pros: Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Fast
Cons: Not durable, HARD TO CLEAN

We received our Keurig as a Christmas gift and we were very excited! However, it does not ever brew a full cup of coffee no matter what cup size we choose. We contacted Keurig and they sent us a replacement. We received our replacement rather quickly but recently just opened it and started using it. This one has the same problem. I will be contacting Keurig again and hopefully receive a replacement that works as it should! [$]is a lot of money for a coffee maker, especially one that does not work as it should!
Pros: Great tasting coffee
Cons: Poor working order, Pricey / Poor Value, K-Cups are pricey
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It was good at first, but after six months it turned out to be junk.........I'm ready to go back to my Mr. coffee pot.

Short Life Span

I love the taste of the coffee I get from this system, however,I have purchased two and they both had a short life span, 8 months for the first and 13 months for the second. The coffee is pricey at per cup cost but K cups are worth it for the taste. The life span makes this a poor purchase for me and I doubt that I will get another one.

Cons: Pricey / Poor Value
