Best purchase I have ever made!!

I absolutely love this machine! I was kind of hesitant after reading some of the reviews about the water pump on this model going out. I purchased an extended warranty on it just in case. I have had no problems with mine. Its quiet, very easy to clean, and the K cups are perfect! I don't know how I lived without it!!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Fast, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use

Love - Hate Relationship

I use it daily for 2-3 cups throughout the day. Have identical units at home and my office and use only K-Cups. Love the convenience of this machine and the variety of brewing options. Hot, fresh and fast. Not happy with the fact that both the home and office units have stopped working after only one and a half months for the home unit and three months for the office unit. Have done the recommended de-scaling process and they worked briefly, then both died again shortly afterward. Don't get rid of your old coffee maker or have plenty of SB's Via on hand in case of emergency. I would only recommend this if you get an extended warranty to receive periodic replacements when they break.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Not durable, Noisy

This Keurig is over 6 years old and both of us are have our am & pm drinks. We have been very happy with our machine. We have given both of our daughters one and are going out this week to replace the one that we have . Most happy with Keurig. never had a coffee maker to last this long.
Pros: Fast, Durable, Easy to use, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Lasted Over 6 Years

Replacement didn't even last 4 days.JUNK

Retail Store replaced our first one after the pump mechanism went out. The replacement unit did not even last 4 days. Hopefully I can get a refund. Maybe the commercial grade units are better but I would not by another one of these. If Kuerig actually reads this I'd like return this one and get credit towards a commercial unit.
Cons: Cheap Pump, Pricey / Poor Value, Limited Cup Sizes, Noisy, HARD TO CLEAN

Had a great cup of coffee at sisters house from Keurig so went out and bought one.it makes perfect coffee,but i have to use 2keurig cups to make a mug full of coffee. I think it's going to be expensive to buy coffee.

I bought this brewer two years ago and it has worked well up till a few days ago when it just stopped working (pump). I like the k-cup system in that it is easy, fast and clean compared to grinding my own coffee. For the price of this brewer I am a little disappointing. I will have to see if i can replace the pump, or try a different brewing system. I have purchased a k-cup french press to survive on till I figure out what to do.
Pros: Easy to use, clean, Fast
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Durability

Love the being able to have a hot cup of coffee, cider, tea, and hot chocolate at finger tips. Fast and makes a great cup of coffee.... drawback for me is the expense of the K-Cups. Also, had to purchase a filtering water pitcher in addition to the filter in coffee maker. We are on well water and had some problems with filters in the coffee maker clogging. After talking with customer service we corrected the problem. If we have to purchase bottled water that would run the expense of use even higher. We drink a lot of coffee! I would recommend to anyone who only drinks 1-2 cups a day and has an inline water filtering system. Not the best item for people on fixed income.
