Uh-oh-problems again

I received great customer service when my first brewer started acting up. After each cup it would show a "prime" message and not reset. Kuerig sent me a brand new brewer, but now, this one is starting to do the same thing. You have to unplug it to get it to prime itself and that means resetting the clock each time. Guess I'll have to call again (sigh)and maybe get yet another, but from the reviews, there's no point in going up to the next model since that received fewer and worse reviews. I love the machine, but not the hassle with it.
Pros: Stylish, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Malfunctioning problems

Love This Brewer!

The K-Cups are a little pricey in the local stores. I order directly from the Keurig site. There's a much bigger variety of flavors.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Flavor Variety, Stylish, Multiple Settings
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Limited Cup Sizes

I have introduced this product to so many people, (family, friends, co-workers, strangers). I should be a salesman... I did away with all of my other coffee makers..
Pros: Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Fast, Durable

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

Be prepared to replace your brewer within 18 months. I have owned 2 brewers and both have failed me. Keurig was very accomodating with my first machine and replaced it(brewed only half cups and leaked). I recently experienced the water leakage with the second and then it just died. After the issues with my first, I made sure to de-scale the machine, clean the needle, etc. I should also note the brewer on average is used only 1X per day and a max of 2X approx 2 days a week. I called to advise of my issue and although very apologetic, I was told the 1 year warranty had expired, however, for [$] + tax and shipping I would be sent a new brewer. Really? So every 18 months I will need to dish out $100 to replace my Keurig. Not impressed.
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

we use this machine everyday and have had it for 3 years and wouldn't ever go back to regular machine, this coffee is the best
Pros: Multiple Settings, Fast, Easy to use, Stylish, Durable
Cons: Won't fit travel mug

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

This is the best gift I have ever purchased for myself. I love it! And the choices of coffee are many! I already have 3 favorites. I LOVE Keurig!

Not Worth It!

This is my second Keurig brewer and I think it will be my last. I find that after a while the machine no longer makes a full cup of coffee. It is a little embarassing to serve your guests a half cup of coffee. I have done all the maintenance on the machine and have even looked on the internet for a solution. I love the concept but, this will be my last Keurig. Too expensive to keep replacing.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Noisy, Pricey / Poor Value, Limited Cup Sizes

I would use filtered water or the spring water you buy in the gallon jug at the local market. It keeps the deposit buildup low and makes the coffee taste better.
