I keep getting lemons

This would be great if I didn't keep getting lemons. The first one failed dispensing proper amount in 3 weeks. Pro: customer service was good & replaced it. Second one started giving "prime" error with every cup in about the same amount of time. Customer service walked me thru resetting it. Didn't help. Now just got my 3rd one. I hope three's a charm! I would have to drive 100 miles round trip to return it to the store where I bought it
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my Keurig!

Use this everyday. Working at home, it's convenient to have coffee shop coffee and gourmet teas available to me 24/7. LOVE--LOVE--LOVE IT!
Pros: Convenient, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

Perfect for On the Go

I received this as a Christmas gift, and have used it every day since. I have even used it to brew my bag teas (to use them up ya know). I have used it for Coffee (Dark, Blonde, Light, Decaf), Tea, Hot Cocoa. I absolutely LOVE IT. It has already saved me more that what I know the retail price is! I enjoy that it turns itself ON and OFF each day! When I use it in the evening, it turns itself off after an hour of NOT being used. I don't have to worry about leaving it on, or forgetting about it!
Pros: Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Turns Itself On And Off, Portion Control, Convenient, Easy to use, Easy to clean, No Mess

I love the ease, and variety of flavors, but our second Keurig has now broken. the lift handle first works well for many months, then gets a "sticky spot" where you have to jiggle it to open it all the way, then finally Jams altogether, and must be disassembled with a screw driver to unjam it. That said, ITs lasted over a year at about 3 cups per day, so for the price, we are going out to buy our third one
Pros: Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Fragile

The best part of waking up!

I use this product every morning! On weekdays, I use my travel mug. With the removable base, it accomodates cups of all sizes! On weekends, I use my regular coffee cup. We have the timer set on it, so it's ready when I wake up - no warm up time needed. It also has auto-shut-off, so if I forget to turn it off, I don't have to worry about it all day. It matches our kitchen perfectly (black and stainless steel) and is super easy to clean. If anything happens to this one, I'd be at the store that day to buy a new one. It's worth every penny!

my second replacement is on the way the original lasted less than a year and the prime light kept coming on that replacement lasted less than 30 days and same problem hope this one works better

Cons: Noisy, Pricey / Poor Value
