I drink coffee like water and this system is easy, fast and enjoyable! My wife hates making coffee in the mornings and therefore wouldn't drink it but now she drinks coffee and tea daily.
Pros: Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Fast, Stylish, Easy to use

Best Coffemaker I have ever owned!

Best ever Christmas gift from my son-in-law (Special Edition). Use it daily; coffee when getting ready for work; tea when I get home from work; iced coffee all day on my days off.
Pros: Super convenient, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast perfect cup, Perfect performance every, Fast, Easy to use, Energy saver, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Great coffee varieties, Many Decaf varieties

Poor quality and poorer customer service

This is a replacement brewer for my old Keurig that died at my office. This is my 3rd Keurig. This one lasted a little over a year then shortcupped and stopped. Customer service stated the brewer was out of warranty but they would give sell me a new one for $117...$60 off the price. The website shows this brewer for less than $140...a total rip off. For this price point I would expect the brewer to at least make 3-5 years
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Short lifespan, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Keurig makes great tasting coffee. It's fast and easy to clean. It started to fail after a few months after purchase,i.e. the pump was not giving out a full cup. I had to re-boot it by unplugging it from the wall. After using it 1 1/2 years, it broke.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Coffee tastes great, Fast, Easy to clean, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Not durable, Broke after 1 year
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WEDDING GIFT!!!

I have 2 coffee pots in my kitchen. I recieved my keurig as a wedding gift and I love it. I make 7 cups of coffee every morning for me and my wife and I use my other pot. Throughout the day we drink coffee at diff times. The keurig is perfect for this. It does my noises as wich you would hear from a bathroom but all together this is an amazing pot. If you are reading this review before you buy then here is something for you to do............. BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've only had this brewer for two days and LOVE it! So far I've purchased 3 coffee varieties and iced tea - love it for both! Next I'll get the hot chocolate... and perhaps some decaf lol!!!!!!!!!

I used this product everyday for a year and a half, and it just stopped working.....for no apparent reason....
Pros: Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value
