Got this for christmas and is the most used gift ever. Coffee anytime of day that I want without wasting any coffee or cleaning the pot everyday. Can't wait to get the cappiccino maker too.
Pros: Fast, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Durable

Cup Sizes Too Small

All three cup sizes are tiny/small. I have a medium size travel mug and the largest cup size on this machine barely fills it half way. I've talked to other consumers that have purchased this product and they complain of the same issue. Although this model offers 3 cup sizes - all three sizes ad up to one tiny cup of coffee. I do not recommend this purchase if you would like a regular size cup of coffee.
Cons: All Cup Sizes Are Tiny

DON'T Give as a gift

Please don't give this a Keurig as gift! They will not honor the warranty when it stops working. They want you to ask the friend that got it for the proof of purchase!!!

Love the convenience and flavors but have had 2 of this model and both only lasted a year and half; poor quality for the price. On my third one and got the next more expensive model to see if it lasts longer.

best gift ever

I was hesitant to upgrade from original model because it still worked. I received this as a gift. Coffee is hotter, machine is quieter and quicker. It is modern looking but fits in well with my 18th century house. Best gift, only regret is I didn't upgrade sooner.
Pros: Quiet And Quick, Much Better Than Original, Modern Flair

I have had my keurig for six years and totally love it and havent had any problems until the last few months. I have worn it out and will not purchase anything else but another keurig.
Pros: Fast, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Durable

worked only for 2 years. after that just does not brew. cleaned it and everything, still doesnt work. not going to buy a keurig coffee maker every 2 years.

I was first introduced to the Keurig coffee maker at a friends house. I absolutley loved the style, taste, and convenience of it! The only problem I am having now is that the coffee is getting weaker and weaker. I have not done anything different since I got this as a christmas present. I emailed Keurig and I hope they will suggest something so this can be fixed. If I were to purchase another Keurig it would probably be the Platinum only because it has a 12oz cup size.
