Not Happy At All

This machine is noisy and apparently not that well made. Vibration at the pump has caused fatigue failure at the pump discharge fitting and leaked water over my counter. Keurig initially stated that would send a replacement part and now they say it is not available(discontinued)and are offering a discount on a new machine. The machine I have is expensive and I would not spend another dime on this company until they find a solution to my initial problem.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Noisy, Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Maintenance Disaster

I was very dissappointed with my Keurig. I have to consistantly un-plugged to reboot as it gets confused on the cup size selection. It is forever getting clogged so once a week have to clean needle hole with paper clip or de-scale. I drink one cup of coffee a day, I should not have to maintain this pot that often. In addition, it's not even a year old!!!
Pros: Stylish
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Noisy, Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile

Stopped working/No Power

Recieved my Keurig for Christmas last year, last week it just stopped working, no power to it, I called Keurig and they are sending me a new on, I use it every day and miss it! I Love this coffee maker, didn't realize how much until I didn't have it anymore, can't wait to get the new one. They are very nice to deal with and you just need to make sure you register your Keurig when you get it.

Great Christmas Gift

I think this is one of the most great gifts I have been given. I like that there is no measuring or messy clean up. There are many features to accommodate my use of the machine. I enjoy the variety of coffee and can even use my own coffee with the eco friendly reusable filter for coffee or tea. Over-all this is a great machine to own.

The machine performs as advertised, great if someone wants to go from coffee to hot chocolate to cappuccino quickly. For the day to day coffee drinker though it seems impracticable. To me this appliance is a novelty; a toy. I predict once the newness wears off I will go back to my old pot style coffee machine and forego the waste, cost and repeated trips to the coffee machine to load a new cup.

A++ for the solitary coffee drinker!

I love how fast and easy it is to use. Since I am the solitary coffee drinker in a family of four I usually wasted cups upon cups of coffee every day, but this christmas present has definitely changed that. Even my kids love making hot chocolate everyday WITHOUT my help or having to wait for me. Cleaning this unit is safer and less of a hassle then dealing with a conventional coffee maker. :D

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.
