Love it Love it LOVE IT!!!!

I use my Keurig every day, many times a day. It has spoiled me in many ways.I do not have to wait for a whole pot to brew so it is fast. Since it is a single cup brew system I can ALWAYS count on a fresh cup. Clean up is a snap, and there is a very large selection of flavors to choose from! I am in coffee heaven!!
Pros: Fast, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Easy to use

I have had three of these and they continue to break. I get some lame [*] excuse from there customer service reps. I clean, descale on a regular basis. Two lasted less than a year and one was 14 months and they would not replace! Peice of [*]. Dont waste your money.
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile, Poor electrical breaks
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi All i love my Keurig ... my favorite part of it is experamenting with different flavors .( best part )..and it always ready on demand .ive even gotten my husband trying new flavors ..the only con i had with it was the k-cup summer varfiety pack need to mix it up a little more ..i drank the ones i liked and now stuck with 1/2 a box of the cherry chip and raspberry coffee . i got the big box of the 4 flavors .. really thats the only thing thats bad .. other wize 10 thumbs up people .. thank

It used to work well...

We had this model for a few years without any problems. Got a new one in August 2011 and since then, have had four or five new ones. The prime comes up all the time, we have to unplug the brewer in order to brew coffee. We get short cups of coffee and/or grounds in the coffee. Customer service at Keurig is outstanding, I can't say enough good about it. Every time there has been an issue, they have replaced the brewer. Ours have lasted about six weeks, on average. We have an upgrade (Platinum) on its way now. We use our brewer for at least six cups of coffee daily and hope this new one will last.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Coffee tastes great
Cons: Cups aren't consistent, Grounds In Coffee, Prime comes on too often
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing Cup of Coffee

I received the Keurig Special Edition home brewing system as a Father's Day gift and have enjoyed it very much. It makes a perfect cup of coffee everytime, and in less than a minute. The huge variety of available coffee makes every coffee drinker in the family happy.
Pros: Simple to Use, Perfect cup every time, Fast

Failed after 18 months, keurig charged $69.95 to replace.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Fast, Convenient
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Keurig charged to replace, Shuts off before ready, Failed after 18 months

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Did not last...

Got this as a chirstmas gift 3yrs ago. For the price I expeceted this machine to last a while. Woke up this morning and the machine will not turn on. Call customer service and I have to buy a new one!!! I think I will go back to brewing coffee the regular way, at least that one lasted 15yrs. Who can affored to buy a new Keurige every few years not me.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Stylish
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Noisy, Limited Cup Sizes
