Does not last but good CS

I have had this machine for 5 months and it has already stopped working. Keep getting the PRIME message and it wont work. For the price this machine should last. Luckly they have a great customer service and they are sending me a replacement. Hopefully this was just a fluke and the new machine will last...
Pros: Stylish, Fast, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

My husband and I had been contemplating getting a Keurig for quite a while (truth being I wanted one, he was hesitant he would like it). Well, we received one for Christmas and I must say I love it even more than I thought I would. I used one at an old job and always loved the convenience but didn't think the taste was 100% as good as my at-home coffee. Now that we have our own, the coffee we make is just as good as the old drip coffee machine and I love it more because it's so much easier! We don't use the kcups, we have a refillable solofill cup so we can use our own dunkin donuts coffee. This also ends the debate around how expensive kcups can be. We also have the coffee filters you can use inside the solo cup, so that's even easier! Now we never have to quibble about who has to clean the coffee pot everyday. It take a second to wash the little solofill cup and we can make our coffee as we want it. The only downside I could see is if you have a house full of coffee drinkers who want a cup at the same moment. Waiting on each other could get annoying. But, for 2 people that's not a big deal!

I have had three of these and they continue to break. I get some lame [*] excuse from there customer service reps. I clean, descale on a regular basis. Two lasted less than a year and one was 14 months and they would not replace! Peice of [*]. Dont waste your money.
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile, Poor electrical breaks

Makes coffee...sometimes

I try to use this every day. "Try" is the operative word here. As with many, many other Keurig users, after 18 months to 2 years, the maker simply stops making full cups. I always use the setting that makes the largest cup/mug...but, more often than not, it makes 1/2 to 2/3 cup instead. I've tried cleaning, re-cleaning, the paperclip trick in the nozzle, other solutions on the internet, etc...to no avail. I really wanted to love my Keurig because I love the single cup concept and system...but, the fact that it won't make a consistent cup of coffee prevents that love. Keurig, you really need to engineer a solution...too many people have written about this problem for it not to be addressed.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Inconsistent full cups, Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this coffee maker stared acting up about 4 months after I recieved this as a gift. It would flash off and on and just the other day it quit . I only had it sence December 2011.

I brought the [$] unit as a gift for my wife, the entire family loves it. I just wish the In-laws were not over as much to enjoy it!!! I have recommended it many times to many friends.

My Brewer "erupted"! It started by itself after brewing a cup, Compressing K cup and spewing hot water all over. It would not turn off and Keurig would not return my emails or acknowledge the problem. 2nd brewer to go down. Anyone else experience this problem? John Delio

second special edition k cup brewer to fail in 8 months. frustrating. good think i didnt throw out my 20 dollar mr. coffee drip maker. another call to keurig monday to try it for a third time.
