Keurig coffee makers don't last long and the K-cups are expensive. The electronics on mine broke after 2 years. You have to constantly clean them with vinigar if you want them to last longer than a couple years.
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After one year it quit. Came down one morning, no power. No manuals on how to take it apart.
Cons: Fragile

Takes longer to brew after 6 months

Did work well in the beginning but had intermittent issues. MY friend also had the same issue which he returned.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Multiple Settings
Cons: Noisy, HARD TO CLEAN

Love My Keurig

THIS IS THE BEST COFFEE MACHINE I HAVE EVER OWNED. I DRINK COFFEE FROM THE TIME I GET UP TILL I GO TO BED. MY HUSBAND HAS EVEN STARTED DRINKING COFFEE AGAIN AND JUST LOVES THE KEURIG. THE BEST THING ABOUT THE KEURIG IS THAT EVERY CUP IS BREWED FRESH AND I CAN HAVE DIFFERENT FLAVORS WHEN EVER I WANT. I DONT'T THINK I WILL EVER GO BACK TO A REGULAR COFFEE POT AGAIN. THANKS KEURIG FOR A WONDERFUL PRODUCT!!!!

Wish they'd come out sooner!

I have owned my Keurig For 2 1/2 years now, not one problem, & I use it multiple times everyday. I liked it so much I bought one for my parents & one for my daughter. My parents had a small problem, the water was leaking back into the reservoir, all it needed was a good cleaning. I have a Brtta water filter in my kitchen, I don't know if that helps or not. I love this little coffee angel & can't imagine not having one!
Pros: Durable, Stylish, Excellent coffee tea, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Multiple Settings

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

I LOVE MY KEURIG! I have the special edition B60, it came with the filter to brew my own coffee grounds and 36 KCUPS. Its so easy to use, easy to clean and FAST. I can brew a cup of coffee in 1 minute. I wouldnt go back to anything else. Once you register your product they send you a coupon via email for a buy 2 get 2 free KCUPS pack. AWESOME!

One Year Then Eat The Grounds

This machine was great the first 9 months the selection of coffee is great but then it starts spitting out coffee grounds trying to clean it per instructions only made things worse.Now the coffee has to be strained before it can be drank a real pain for the money spent..Not a real beliver in this machine..My son also bought one and it took a dump in about 9-12 months..NOT A GOOD VALUE FOR THE MONEY..Bunn turns out to be better for the money and lasts up to 10 times longer..Sorry Keurig

Spoiled by Keurig

I've had my keurig for 4+ years. I did have trouble about 1 yr ago with the needle not going through the k-cup and the result was that I cracked the top by slaming the lever down too many time, but with the crack the needle worked again. I can live with the crack. I love the nice HOT coffee. I loved iced coffee in the summer and I've branched out to the iced versions. Love them all. When family comes to visit I can accomodate everyones tastes in coffee. Several friends have purchased their own as a result of using mine.
Pros: Best tasting coffee, Coffee stays hot longer, Easy to use
Cons: Noisy
