Good but not perfect

Love the convenience of brewing just one cup at a time, and the selection of coffee, but not crazy about the loss of prime on occasion, this machine is only 2 months old. Removeing the reservoir, and replacing it usually solves the problem, but still should not be necessary.
Pros: Fairly quiet, Fast, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Loses prime

Good when it works

After purchasing my first Keurig, the machine didn't work within a month. After many calls to customer service, I was sent a replacement. The replacement doesn't always brew complete cups so I have to do it twice to get a full serving. Also, the rubber tip needs to be adjusted for each use. After owning the machine for about 2 years, it now doesn't work at all. The machine turns on and then turns itself off. The customer service wants to sell me another one, but I'm not sure if it is worth the money to buy another. I find the machine is good when it works, but that is not the always the case. Other coffee makers that I own for many years are still working fine and I use my regular coffee pot every day!! Maybe that's why Keurig's warranty is for such a limited time...they know the problems they are having with the machine.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Cups not filling, Turns itself off
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This brewer is great! I love that you can get a single cup out of it. Everyone in my family has one but for some reason this one that I have is having trouble brewing. It initiates the brew by sucking the water up but then nothing comes out. I have tried to mess with the water valve. It will occasionally go back to working. Even though I am just the only one with this problem in my family...I still think it is a great product with all of its functions!! Just have to figure out my issue.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Durable, Stylish, Easy to use, Hot temperature
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

I use my keurig about twice a day everyday. I got it last year for Mother's day and was very pleased to finallY b up on the latest coffee gadget. I love the coffee flavors and the huge variety. I am very disappointed though, I have to keep fighting with the darn thing because its not brewing the right amount that I choose as far as cup size, it keeps shuting itself off. I used the trouble shoot and it works for a day but I have to keep doing it. I think 149.00 coffee pot should definitly last longer than one year, almost to the day.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Not durable

We received our Keurig as a Christmas gift and we were very excited! However, it does not ever brew a full cup of coffee no matter what cup size we choose. We contacted Keurig and they sent us a replacement. We received our replacement rather quickly but recently just opened it and started using it. This one has the same problem. I will be contacting Keurig again and hopefully receive a replacement that works as it should! [$]is a lot of money for a coffee maker, especially one that does not work as it should!
Pros: Great tasting coffee
Cons: Poor working order, Pricey / Poor Value, K-Cups are pricey

Got one for a gift, loved it, then it broke in 6 months, took it back got another and it broke after two years. I expected more durability. I will buy another. Last chance tho' three strikes your out. Love the idea, love the machine and the coffee.

Not a well made product

Can not get one of these machines to last a year. Got the first one at Christmas and by July it quit working. Started having issues with not brewing full cups. Then just went dead as a hammer. Keurig sent a new one replacement at no cost. Lasted from July til now (May).Same exact issues. Another replacement is on the way. Only wish Keurig's products were as good as their customer service. Bottom line is that when you purchase one of these units, they should go ahead and give you the replacement up front. That way you won't have to be without a machine while waiting on the replacement. I do love the coffee the machine makes though.
Pros: Stylish, Great coffee, Fast, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Won't Last, Bad design
