Makes a great cup of coffee!! :)

I have a cup of cofffee every morning to start my day. This is my second Keurig, my first died after 5? years. I can't make a good pot of coffee if my life depended on it but my Keurig never fails me. My husband likes his coffe weaker than I do so we both get the strength we like with our Keurig. My new Keurig was delivered in less than 48 hours with standard delivery!!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Stylish, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable

TIME FOR EVERYONE TO GET A KEURIG

I have owned 4 Keurig machines. Different models. The first 2 I bought made great coffee quick and easy. Unfortunately, they both didn't last very long. Seems like both of them had same issue. The pump couldn't bring up and pour the water. The 2 new ones I bought seem alot more quiet. Hopefully, they last alot longer.Same great taste coffee from all of them.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Fast, Stylish, Easy to use, Coffee always fresh
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Noisy, Unreliable long term

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Looks nice but poor quality

I have two of these, one in my home and one at my winter place in FL. After the first year, it gets noisy; after the second it quits working properly. I like the brewer a lot, but Keurig really needs to improve the quality and durability of the pump system.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Poor quality product, Noisy, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

NOT DEPENDABLE as previous model!

I had an Elite brewer for almost 3 years without issue... then decided to upgrade to the Special Edition model since it was quieter and would hold a larger resevoir of water. Since November I've had 3 replacements - keep getting the "Prime" message. I'm a pro at taking them apart, running vinegar through them, etc. It's just odd since I always use bottled water - and maintain it exactly the same way I did my previous brewer which was super durable (just a tad bit noisy). I will say that Keurig has amazing customer service and they are always ready to help out... which is a refreshing change!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Fast, Stylish
Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our first Keurig quit after 2 years. After a call, it was out of warranty. We were offered a deal, so we took it. We've had the new one for less than 2 months and are experiencing the "Prime" message like the previous reviewer. This time it's under warranty- at least we're getting a replacement for free. I am very torn- the waste and lack of any eco quality of this system is making me question myself. I will not get a new brewer after this one- even if it is free. This is not a well designed product.
Pros: Convienient, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use
Cons: Unreliable, HARD TO CLEAN, Pricey / Poor Value, Poor Quality
