B-60 Keurig Brewing System

My second Keurig brewer has just stop brewing. I have had two Keurig B-60 brewers and couldn't get more than 18 months use out of either of them. It seemed like the system computer stopped the process when you triggered the cup size selection and then the light would stay lit but nothing would happen. I then would unplug the electrical cord for about 20 seconds and then reinstall the cord and try again then it would again work for a while for two or three cups then start giving me the same trouble all over again. Now it give up. If it wasn't for the points system I probably would have passed with getting another Keurig brewer but for getting the brewer at half price I placed an order for another B-60 brewer and just hope that it will last maybe two (2) years!!!
Pros: Makes Hot Drinks - Hot, Fast, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Poor durability, Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value

Prime Problem

Our family of 5 loves the Keurig coffee that we brew at home, however, we have had to deal with a recurring problem with the machine. Approximately, after every second cup brewed, the display reads "Prime" and we have to remove the reservoir and return it to the brewer. Also, the brewer will frequently only dispense half cups of coffee.

Though a vey useful machine, can't believe mine FAILD in less than 18 months. Not worth the price if it is going to be broken in such short period.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Noisy, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

My addiction improved~

I love this system. It fully repleced my once loved, fairly new coffee maker. I did the math and the seemingly expensive K-cups are just about the same price as regular coffee, pretty sweet~ The quality and freshness of the coffee and other beverages I can brew with this system are amazing. (coming from a very picky coffee addict) It's so easy to operate that my husband can use it! (And no mess to clean up after!) We both love it, for his cocoa and teas and my COFFEE! Great investment: No more over priced coffee shops/ no more over sized pots of coffee to go to wast after sitting and becoming stale. My house guests loved picking out a personal K-cup and brewing it themselves. "is that it?" after 45 secs or so of brewing.
Pros: Easy to use, Functional, Fast, Stylish, Not Messy, Hot
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

Dont Buy!

Im on my second Machine in one year! I am so upset. you pay alot of money for these coffe brewers and expect to get more use then 4 months The machine just quit we only make 2 cups a day with the thing I would never purchace this unit again!
Pros: Fast

You'll Love it...at first

Brand new Keurig owners must do most of these reviews because when you frist get it, you'll love it! But mine quit working in less than 12 months.I did some research and found countless reviews and posts with people with the same problem. For [$], to me this is absolutely unacceptable. My $15 coffee pot has lasted 4 years. The companies only solution is to sell you another one at discounted price of $100. Why anyone would RE-PURCHASE a shotty piece of machinery at $100 is beyond me. Trust me, you are better off avoiding this product and this company all together. Such a disappointing waste of money.

We enjoy our Keurig however, it is very, very noisy when the reservoir refills. This is our 2nd Keurig & thinking of an upgrade but not sure if it is wise.

On my 3rd machine since Christmas (2011), first one was a gift from my daughter, next 2 were replacements from Keurig. They work fine for about a week then start having "PRIME" problems (just have to lift off tank for about 2 seconds then replace onto unit, problem solved until next day). When I call cust. service they are more than happy to send out a new machine. Instead of just sending another coffee maker please get to the root of the problem with these machines (and tell me how to fix the one I have)!
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value
