Not enough bang for the buck!!!

I would not buy this again. I bought mine just over a year ago and it died about 2 weeks after the one year warrenty expired. Looking at the new Vue system but the K-CUPS cost twice as much.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wish I could get a full cup of coffee

We use this machine about every other day from one cup to multiple cups. After about a year, it was only brewing the coffee no more than a few teaspoons at a time. After cleaning the needles and descaling the machine; it started to work for about 5 months when it started not brewing again. After doing the extra cleaning again, it worked for about 2 1/2 months, now we only get about a 4oz cup of coffee. We have tried everything again to no avail, so we are going to get a different machine. Not sure what I am going to do with all of my k-cups. My father has had the same problem with 2 of the machines he had.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Fast
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Limited Cup Sizes, Noisy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't Last Long

In home use 3-4 times a day. Have had 2 Keurigs, both broke down before a year. Expensive for the poor construction. The last one leaked out of the bottom and sprayed coffee from the spout.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this product...

I love this coffee machine and the Keurig product. I can make me one cup of coffee when I want it. I can get just a cup of hot water when I need it. This makes my life so much easier and it is very easy to set up. I wish that I could select two of the sizes at once to make a bigger cup of coffee or I wish the selections were automatically bigger. 6oz and 8 oz does nothing for me. However, if I could push the 6 and 10 at the same time to make a 16 oz?!?!? That would be amazing. That is the only thing that would make this product better.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Fast, Multiple Settings, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

Excellent Customer Service

This Keurig simply stopped working after about 8 months. We used it to brew about 4-5 cups a day. We called to see about getting it serviced, and the rep said she would FedEx a new one! Wow. That is excellent customer service! I'm now a Keurig fan for life. I wish other companies would learn this lesson.

I purchased this product about a year ago. We have several people in the office that drinks coffee all during the day. It is easy to use with no mess of coffee grounds and makes a cup in just a minute. I did have a problem with it (not turning on). I called customer service discribed the problem and they sending me out another new unit @ no charge. They understand the importance of good customer service. Thanks

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

First, I will say I love the coffee that the Keurig brewers put out. However, the machines just don't last. I'm the only user in our house, brewing about two cups a day. The first machine lasted a year and half. Here I am at a year and a half on machine two and it just died again. Needless to say my crummy back up machine (a regular old-school brewer is still working after 6 years) For what you pay for these things you should at least get 3 years out of them. There is a reason the warranty is a year. Sorry Keurig you let me down again.
