my buttons do not register

I press the button for the large cup and i get a small cup, so I have to press the large and then the small cup to get a full cup of coffee or tea.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

great customer service...

I too had the prime issue the day after posting my review. I called customer service and received great service. Got a new unit within a few days. It's working great. The pump on my first unit must have been kind of defective from the start because it didn't make a lot of noise like other reviews indicated. This one makes a little more noise, but not much more than my regular coffee maker. Also leaks around the my k-cup, buts runs into the cup..not really much of an issue. I still recommend the unit and really like that the replacement had a larger water reservoir.
Pros: Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings

Serious "Prime" problem

The "Prime" function when needed is of no help for the most part. It happens daily two to three times a day. Replacement of unit is no problem. I'm now on my third replacement and after two weeks the Prime problem is already started two times a day. When received the bottom of shipping box was wet (damp). I felt it was used or may previously had water in the brewer. The water container was different then the other two as maybe a newer or older unit. Customer service was great, but not the Brewer.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish
Cons: Not durable, Noisy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stops Working After A Few Months

Despite paying well over $100 for this unit, it failed within a few months. It quit brewing coffee and quit drawing water from the resevoir into the heating tank. Internet searches show that this is an all too common problem.
Pros: Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use
Cons: Fragile, Noisy, Pricey / Poor Value, HARD TO CLEAN

Special Edition is really special

The only con I have and it is not important enough to list in the con column is that right at first it takes a bit to get used to how you need to work it to get the water to flow. It would be nice if the instructions explained that you needed to lift up the arm even if you were just running water through it. Of course, after a couple days you get used to that and it never is a problem. Truthfully, I am quite pleased with this machine. I really like the coffee it makes and I like the variety of K-cups that are available. I like it enough that I talked my 89 year old mother into buying one and she alse is very pleased. Keurig has a great product here.

love the coffe but getting frustrated

we were in love with this brewer when we first got it, then began having problems with "prime" coming on after every other cup or so. Customer service has been great, sending us three new brewers, but each ends up with the same problem after using only a few times. We will call customer service again on Monday, but will look for a different brand if this is not resolved this time.

Cons: Bad Pump, Fragile

LOVE IT!

I've had my Keurig for about 2 1/2 years now and I think it's fabulous! The convenience of being able to make a cup of coffee any time without brewing a pot is worth the cost. Plus, I keep several flavors of coffee on hand for variety. I even use it to make hot water with store bought tea bags or hot cocoa mixes--just open and close the top without adding a pod. I buy all my coffees on the Keurig website which costs about $.50 a cup. Sure, it's more than brewing a pot, but a LOT less than Starbucks. Sometimes its a little quirky and will shut off when I'm trying to make coffee, but I fill the tank and it works again. Cleaning is also a pain--I run vinegar through it and it takes several tank fulls of water to clean it out. Nevertheless, when it dies, I'll still buy another one.
