I love it! I'm on my third brewer and it's totally worth it! They have a great warranty and I can't complain!!! I seem to get a new brewer every year and it doesn't bother me! I love the assorted K-cups you can have and the fact I can brew what ever coffee I want in my K-cup!! Coffee doesn't get wasted since I'm the only one who drinks it in my house!!
Pros: Easy to use, Durable, Fast, Multiple Settings
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value
I would recommend this to a friend!

owned this maker for two years and the control unit would not make the size cup that you punched. became very noisy.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Noisy

Concept is wonderful, but the unit will fail very early. On one unit the pump failed to draw water. Threw that one away. On the second unit as much fluid bypassed back into the reservoir as went into the mug. After flushing with vinegar,dish soap, and clear water for hours there was no improvement. i got frustrated and gave it a smart whack on the top with my fist and the problem stopped. Some sort of stuck valve. Seems like the two times I've had problems with it were when I was gone for a weekend and left it on. As though something dried out and stuck.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

my boyfriend gave me this as a bday gift, i always wanted an old-fashion coffee maker, but he got this anyway. i don't really like k-cups for i do also drink tea, cannot brew tea with Keurig, which by the way is disappointing, unless use a ekocup. however, ekocup has its own flaw. so frustrated! The worse part is i invite friends came over for dinner party, i was trying to show off the gift from my beloved boyfriend, the coffee machine can not make enough coffee for my guest in such a shor time! u have to offer cup after cup instead of a big pot of coffee, and the coffee went weaker and weaker! ugh! not to mention u have to lift the handle between the cups. and, it waste water!
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, Noisy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn't Last Very Long

Purhased one for office and home at the same time about 1 year ago, both have been replaced already. Nice concept for a coffee pot but sure doesn't last very long for what you pay for the thing. Extremly noisey even after cleaning regularly, sounds like a car with a bad muffler, would not recommend. Can't even get a full cup of water out of the thing now on any of the settings...very poor design and quality. Will switch to something else when both machines actually die.
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Complicated, Noisy

You need a Keurig!

This is the best small appliance I've ever purchased! I love the fact that I can have a premium coffee, on demand, almost instantly. Since I discovered this product I've made the decision to keep every variety I can find in stores on hand (minus decaf) for anyone that happens to visit. This is such a great product and concept, I will be a customer for years! I love finding new k-cups and purchase anything new that I find. I also love the rewards from buying direct from Keurig.com... Great product, great concept, so many options. I love my Keurig!!!
Pros: Durable, Multiple Settings, Coffe on demand, Fast, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: No 12 oz cup setting
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

i bougth this machine tru [@]never had a problem with any other item but with this particular item i'm so disappointed,the first year the coffe was pretty hot now i have to warm up my mug before i star using the machine,also i can never have a full cup of coffee,i paid good money for this machine and onestly it is not worth it .to all the people out there before you purchase a keurig machime think twice if its worth it thanks MLH \

good coffee , low quality machine

Makes good coffee but the cost of a new machine is rather pricey for what you get, poor quality for the money sorry but this should be more in the price range of a $40.00 machine, as it is mass produced and nothing more than a regular coffee maker only in single cup form. I would recommend it as it is convenient, but think it should be a lot better quality for the price. Customer service is good so if your machine stops working before the warranty runs out you are golden as they will replace the unit without much problem. However my 2nd one looks like it is going to make it just past that point so not sure if I will put out the money or not for a new one.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile, Requires weekly cleaning
