I love this machine

I have had three machines in my home now. Now your saying wait a minute that's weird. Well not really, I have to say that Keurig's customer service is number one in my books. I have had two break down on me. Now your saying why do you still rate the machine a 5. Because I have never left home without my coffee in the morning. Keurig has always looked after me. American customer service, hey a new concept someone who speaks english unlike some unnamed places. Curtesy and caring number one folks. And It brews fast and it works well. I love the variety of coffee's available. Buy this machine you won't regret it.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Fast, Stylish, Durable

I love this brewer when it's working, and Keruig customer service is wonderful, when it is not. Please make sure you register your brewer with Keurig as I am now on my THIRD POT. Bought my first pot in April of 2011. In one month I started having issues with "PRIME". Customer service and I tried to troubleshoot by phone, no luck so it was replaced. Used this pot from May to mid July(uh oh, a few "primes" popped up" again)but I was away until October. By mid December, I had to keep unplugging and replugging the machine to get even one brew cycle out of it. Again, troubleshooting by CS, again,no luck,again replaced the pot. Hopefully 3 is the charm. Have wondered if this particular"special edition" is the problem, and offered to pay the difference to Keurig if they would change the model. They would not...I do NOT use the fresh grounds insert for my own coffee,I NEVER interrupt the brewing cycle mid cycle, I use water pitcher filtered water and the machine gets minimum daily use(1-2 cups maximum)and I do push the k-cup on to the bottom pin every time to avoid back pressure, as CS suggested. As long as Keurig continues to stand behind its products, I will continue to be a happy user and hope this replacement #2 holds up. It makes a great cup of coffee. To get a full flavored travel mug size, I buy only bold, dark roasted kcups and brew once on the biggest cup cycle,and then immediately once on the smallest cup cycle. Fills the latte sized travel mug perfectly. if I had to buy a new pot again, I would buy the top of the line machine that offers a travel mug sized brewing choice.

Had this machine for one year and ran into problems. A couple calls into Keurig to troubleshoot and they ended up replacing the unit free of charge. This companys stands behind their products. Sounds like everyone has the same problem with the pump finally giving out, but they replace even after the year warranty is up. I hope they are solving the pump problem, and stay in business forever! Thanks!

The diligent Keurig rep will undoubtedly add a "this machine is for home use" comment to my review, but I use this primarily at my office. I'm a college professor, and I use this machine in my own office (so, it's not the traditional office setting). I also take the machine home during long breaks. It would not be an exaggeration to say that this machine has changed my work life--for the better. I work on a campus without easy coffee choices, and the luxury of being able to make a cup at any time is the primary reason that I bought this machine. The result has been that I spend more hours at my office working on class preparation and research--much of which I could just as easily do from home. The machine has worked so well that several of my colleagues have purchased machines for their desks. My biggest critique is that it is very difficult to find K-Cups in Puerto Rico. I'm perfectly happy ordering them, and I appreciate the free and quick shipping, but I wish Keurig would convince retailers to carry them. [@] did sell them, but they just stopped recently (yet they still sell the brewers!). [@] carries a very poor selection (Nantucket Blend is the only non-flavored option.) Please, Keurig, help us out here!In general, though, I could not be happier.

I got my Keurig for Xmas and one month later it wasn't working. I have to say customer service is great but they have to be they don't seem to last long. I received another one let's see how long this one last . I would recommend this when they correct their durability.

Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

failed unit, quick replacement

first unit failed about a week prior to warranty ending. Two calls later, got a replacement unit on the way - arrived fast from california. Only problem ever with unit was failed pump - wouldn't pump through k-cups properly, but pumped fully without k-cup present. Would likely not recommend THAT "special edition" to consumers - other friends and family have other units that work well. Noticed replacement unit appears redesigned, will see how it works.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Noisy

I have had problems with maker not working right after a short period of time BUT customer service has been wonderful. They have replaced the units with no problems at all. I have stayed with Keurig because, after looking at reviews about other makers, they have the same issues as we had with ours. I also know people who have had their Keurig for years with no problems. Customer service is a main point for me and you have it with Keurig.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Satisfies all tastes, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

Very happy with new replacement!

The first Keurig Special Edition I received was a Christmas gift in 2010. I really liked it despite some minor issues with half-cup brewing when using the largest brew setting. All I had to do was reset it and then it worked very well from that point on. Unfortunately the gifted died right after the warranty expired, but the company honored it and replaced it with the same Keurig Special Edition - only the design on the external reservoir was a little rounder on the edge; that gave it a sleek, stylish look that I liked better than the first. I also noticed that when the reservoir is full with water, I don't have to refill it as much as I did on the other one after I've brewed a few cups of tea or coffee in the morning hours. I gave it a four-star rating because I'm crossing my fingers that I don't have to replace the new one by next year. Other than that, I'm very pleased! Thanks, Keurig! :)
