Love the coffee.

The first failed just after warranty. Electronic controls just stopped. I love the large selection of coffees available.
Pros: Two Still Working, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: One Failed

It is the first thing we do every morning. We only like 1 cup of really good coffee each day. This system allows us to do that. When making coffee in a regular drip coffee pot we tend to drink the whole pot and it is no where near as good as the Keurig. It is easy to use and brews the coffee fast and at the right temperature.

Poor Reliability

I bought three of special edition versions, one for myself, one for my son's family and one for my daughter's family. All three have broken within the the first two years. My son was able to get his unit replaced during warranty year. His was brewing partial cups. My daughter's unit had the same problem, but Keurig are no longer replacing units. My unit's power went out. It was out of warrant by 6 mos so they would not replace. We maintained properly with timely descaling and cleaning according to care and use manual. 3 out of 3 not such a good record. I also have two friends that have bought different models and have had similar problems. One friend had two models replaced during warranty period. A lot of money in the trash after two years. Don't waste your money or time.

Cons: Complicated, Noisy, HARD TO CLEAN, Reliability Low

I bought one in December, didn't last a year before the electronics quit working. Called customer service and they sent me another one. I used it for awhile. stop using it during the summer. When I started using it again, it leak out of the bottom of the brewer. If I used them everyday the two combined would not have lasted a year.
Pros: Easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my Keurig!

I bought my keurig 6 years ago. We have just replaced it today with a new keurig platnium. I think we got our money worth in use of this machine. I love the convenience of making one cup of coffee with no mess and little effort. Yes, the coffee cost more but there is less waste. The new machine is much more quiet than the old machine. I am excited about our new machine and hope to get lots of use out of it. I think these machines are great! I have also called customer service when we bought our first machine, they are great. Very helpful and resolved the issue without any hassle.
Pros: Less Waste, Easy to use, Variety, Fast, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Coffee Cost More

I had mine less than two years and it isn't working! Contacted the company three times to complain I want them to replace it but no ! Dissatisfi!!!

I was looking to replace my grinder/coffeemaker and ended up buying 2 machines and taking them both back. I had heard about Keurig but thought it would just be too much of a hassle to buy the K-cups all the time. After bringing two coffee makers back and now hearing such good things from friends about Keurig, I decided to buy one and I love it. I love a very strong bold coffee and my husband likes a lighter one. Before having this we would have to modify his by diluting it. Now we both get what we want. This actually saves us money because we don't waste any. One of the best things is that people will always know what to buy us for birthdays/Christmas! I love it and so does my husband.

Cons: Pricey For Big Drinkers
