Cant figure it out ?

I have had this unit for two years , love the convenience and the flavor options. The coffee maker itself though,will short cup for a week or so then " PRESTO " start working correctly, this no matter how often I clean it. I have several friends who own various models of Keurig brewers and ALL have had similar issues. Keurig , judging by the shelf space you get on retailers shelves your doing well, but fix your brewers , I am having a hard time deciding to use my points and buy another one of your brewers or just go back to the indestructible, inexpensive , drip coffee maker.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Fragile

Stopped working suddenly, only about 10 months old. Something wrong with the electrical connection to the control panel. Unfortunately, I did not keep receipt or warranty info. :-(

System stinks have bought 2 of these within 2 years, both broke. I will never buy another one!

I have had 3 Special Edition's, all three have broken. Some were short-cupping and some, including the most recent, have just stopped working. Every time I have had a problem, Keurig has helped. They have great customer service. I love Keurig and I will continue to have Keurig Coffee makers, maybe just a different model.

Cons: Always stops working

Went through 4 in less than a year

Yes, the headline is right. Four. Today is shipping the forth replacement brewer in just under a year. Why? The last two reasons are due to "prime" reasons. Every time a cup gets brewed the brewer locks up and "prime" is shown on the display. Prior to that was numerous short cup issues. Up until now I've been receiving free replacement brewers. Once that stops, I'm done with Keurig.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, Pricey / Poor Value

I love this coffee maker! I love being able to try all the varieties yes they are expensive but I think it's worth it! Less than 30 seconds and you have a cup of coffee so glad I bought one!
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Fast, Durable, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Pricey

Short life

Other then the brewing noisy, this has been a good product, but, I did expect a Keurig to last more then two years before having problems. Two months ago, it started to make short pours and only the large cup selection lights up. Unplugging it from power (sometimes) helps correct this for one or two cups, but, the problem comes back.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Noisy

Bought my original special edition in March of 2011. By May, it needed replacing, which Keurig did after the troubleshooting failed. Wasn't even home to use it from July -first of October and then it started acting up again: PRIME PRIME PRIME Had to skip any programming and keep plugging and unplugging it to get one cup out of it. Keruig great warranty replaced it again in just 4 days. So this is pot #3. I offered to pay up to the next higher machine but Keurig wouldn't allow that idea. I find their CS reps very helpful and efficient but not especially "warm" But as long as they honor their warranty and keep replacing the pot, I don't care. I'm hoping that as they say, three times the charm. Love the coffee it brews and it's perfect for my life as just me.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Fragile
