Unhappy Keurig Customer!!

I am so upset with Keurig right now!!! I had to replace my keurig last month because mine died. Keurig was nice and replaced it for free with a new one which was nice. The not so nice part is that the one that was just ordered on 10/02/11 is now already broken on 11/04/11. After talking with Keurig two times, they have again offered a free replacement. Nice again right? Well my question is, why are they breaking and why would I want to yet again replace with the same model? I think Keurig needs to get their act together!
Pros: Fast
Cons: Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value

3rd Keurig Brewer Dies

I make 1-2 cups of coffee per day, and I only use filtered water. I am on my 3rd brewer now, the latest replacement died after just 4 months of use. Not a good value at all, especially since the k-cups are so pricey.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: K-cups quite pricey, Doesn't hold up, Limited Cup Sizes, Fragile

Best cup of coffee ever

If you follow the instructions and take some tips from other users ( like I did) you should enjoy every cup. NO DRIPS, NO GROUNDS, NO LEAKS. Enjoy, Al, Valrico, Fl.

To start, I love the coffee and the convenience of brewing a single cup. We received the brewer (B60) as a Christmas gift three years ago. Within a year we were having trouble with the coffee maker brewing a full cup. Did all the troubleshooting and customer service sent a replacement. I was thrilled to have a working coffee maker! Until close to a year later - AGAIN! Same issue, got a replacement. Here we are almost a year later and we had a different issue. On this one the Prime warning kept coming on - EVERY CUP! No matter what I did it would not stop. You had to remove the tank and put it back before brewing every cup. Replacement just arrived. I'm really hoping that Keurig gets their quality issues resolved because I really like the product. I'll continue with this nonsense until the coffee makers quit working soon after the warranty expires. On the upside, I have a mini unit in my office and use it almost on a daily basis and have had NO problems at all with it. I even take it on trips that don't require air travel so I am assured of a good cup of coffee! I'm going to put that I would recommend the brewer, but I always warn friends that they could be in for this issue.

Love the coffee

I use my keurig everyday I only had it for 3 weeks and then I had the prime issue, I called customer service and they are sending me a new one,. let's see how this goes. other wise it makes a great cup of coffee.
Pros: Fast, Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

I won this product through a raffle. It is an awesome prize! It is great when you want only one cup of coffee and not make a whole pot. The thing that isn't so great is if you could use the k-cup to brew at least two cups at a time. Other than brewing more times, it's a good product.

Why so much trouble with these brewers?

This is the third machine to give trouble. Two of them brewed short cups and could not be corrected. The third one is leaking water from inside the machine near the power cord. I could be in for a "rude awakening" one morning if you know what I mean. All of them malfunctioned within the one year warranty and Keurig is replacing the third machine free of charge.The customer service dept. is great. I wonder how long they can keep doing this before they go bankrupt.
