Looks like a BMW, last like a LADA

I am on my 2nd Keurig coffe machine. Both have failed the same way in only 3-4 months, problem making less and less coffee now half as much as it is set for. The sad part is [...] employes say that they have ALOT of returns and all the same problem.
Pros: Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Fragile, HARD TO CLEAN
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unpredictable But KEURIG has GREAT CS

Although my brewer broke within 6months, it started short brewing and draining water back into the resevoir. I called Keurig and customer service walked me through a couple of trouble shooting techniques to no avail..BUT they immediatley sent me a new brewer, [...] No Charge, NO hassle and I didn't have to return the old brewer just the K-cup insert? Strange but OK! To me that's AWESOME customer service and the warrenty starts over with the new brewer. They really wanted to make it right. PS I never registered my brewer either, but they were able to verify it by the serial number! Continuing to love my fresh coffee!
Pros: Fast, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value, Mine broke within 6 month

I hate coffee grounds in my coffee

I like the easiness of the coffee maker and it makes a tasty cup of coffee but I wish they would fix whatever makes the grounds build up in the k-cup holder and then gets into the following cups of coffee.

Good when it works

Bought this unit 7 months ago. It was noisy from the get go but brewed fine so I did not bother to return it. We de-scaled the unit every 3 months or less and only brewed with filtered water. However 2 weeks ago I noticed it was making funny noises and took longer to brew. Now as of a couple of days ago it doesnt brew at all. Called tech support, jumped through the hoops of trying to diagnose the problem. In the end they are standing behind their product and are sending a new machine free of charge and another year warranty. The fact that they stand behind their products and that when it worked it produced a good cup of brew, I'm giving this 4 Stars
Cons: Noisy

I've been using this product for only 8months and it started acting up. The large cup button is constntly lit and there was no water coming out from the brewer. I called customer service and he told me that it's not the brewers's fault (hello)...I called customer service again for the second time and they told that they will call me back within 24hrs and 2 days later, no rcall back. i called the third time and finally, they are sending me a replacement brewer and will see how long it will lasts...im not not buying this brewer again

Good but brewer reliability is a concern

My first M60 failed within 30 days of first use. Keurig promptly sent me a replacement, but it appears that either the design of the M60 and M70 is flawed or there is a problem with execution of the manufacturing of the product. I hope that Keurig can resolve this. Before this one I had one of their basic brewers and it was rock solid.

Not worth the money, broke after 6 month

Worked great out of the box then after a 6 months it got noisy, after 12 months the pump stopped pumping and you have to keep opening and reclosing the top hatch about 10 times to get it to brew and that only works sometimes. Total piece of junk!

Cons: Clogs easily, Fragile, This thing is a toy, Pump stops pumping

I purchased my first Special Edition brewer 6 months ago. After 2 months, it started giving the "Prime" error message. It eventually became more and more frequent to the point that I couldn't use the brewer. Customer service was extremely helpful and sent a new replacement brewer right away. The new one had been working fine until a few weeks ago...the "Prime" error message is back and I'm at the point where I'll need to call customer service again. I'm extremely frustrated because I love the convenience, speed and variety of coffee/tea, which is why I purchased a Keurig. However, I would expect that any coffee maker would not stop working after 2-3 months. I wish I'd read the reviews of others who have had the same problems...I would have selected a different model than the Special Edition.

Cons: Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value, Unreliable
