Perfect for small store

It is great in our small convenience store. No more wasted, old coffee. Fresh brewed on the spot coffee is what makes this a perfect machine. The customers love the variety, ease and freshness. The LCD panel makes it easy to have all the settings right at your fingertips. We set the timer so it comes on at the same time we open and go off during the slower times.
Pros: Easy to use, Durable, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Multiple Settings

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Just over a year old - won't turn on

I loved it while it worked. Won't even power on now after 18 months. Poor lifespan for the money.
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

I brew 2 - 3 cups every morning. When it works I love it but therein lies the problem. The first unit lasted about 3 months and was replaced by the retailer. Just over a year later, after the warranty had expired I began experiencing inconsistent cup problems. I purchased a new unit from Kuerig at a supposed discount and it began having Prime issues in about 3 months. A replacement was sent and now less than 3 months later the Prime issue has returned. Not a very satisfactory performance. Suggest you look at another model.

Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Noisy

Disappointed

We are on our second brewer, disappointed in the problems with the constant "PRIME" issue. We have watched all the videos and how to clean the machine. All we use is Reverse Osmosis water so we know it has a constant supply of good clean water. I've tried everything to keep this machine running, but I think Keurig needs to work on the pump n order to have a more reliable machine. I would recommend this to a friend only because Keurig seems to replace a machine that does not work anymore.

I like this machine..it impresses my husband all the time. He thinks its fast and it is. I brew one cup as I need it....! Love that! So many flavors to choose frome! One day..I hope they make a soup broth...!

Wonderful coffee

I saw these when they first came out and thought I would NEVER pay that much for a coffee maker. Considering after a year you usually have to replace the standard coffee maker. But a co-worker upgraded her coffee maker at home and bought her older one in for us to use. I was in love after the first cup! If you have ever had coffee freshly brewed in a top-of-the-line coffee maker the coffee has a different taste to it. Keurig has perfected that coffee experience. Thank you!

We Love our Keurig!

This is our second Keurig. The first lasted 3 years with daily use. We love it because: You can always brew the right # of cups. No wasted coffee to throw away. Every family member can have the kind he/she likes. Always available if someone drops in for coffee. Ready almost immediately.

B60 does not deliver "steaming" coffee

I took the plunge and bought the Keurig B60 today. I noticed the coffee didn't seem very hot. The internal temperature on the LCD readout was set to 192 but the actual coffee which was dispensed measured only 180 degrees on my digital thermometer I used to test the coffee. I did a Google search and found reviews on Amazon and elsewhere of people essentially saying the same thing. I called Keurig and they confirmed the water is brewed at 192 but by the time it hits the cup is only supposed to be 170-180 degrees. For me that is a luke warm cup of coffee. My old drip Mr Coffee brewed at 200 degrees and the coffee in the cup was that temperature! I find that to make full use of the B60 to suit my tastesI have to put the finished cup of coffee in the microwave for a minute extra to bring it up to the temp I like. I feel the B60 manual is a bit misleading in that you think you will end up with a cup of coffee that is 192 degrees but that is definitely not the case. The Keurig rep I spoke to suggested I buy the new Vue model which was capable of brewing at the higer temperatures. Unfortunately that model is about $100 more than the B60 I just purchased and I already purchased a whole bunch of K-cups that aren't compatible with the Vue. Long story short, the B60 is not meant to give you a cup of coffee hotter than 180 degrees and that is apparently by design of Keurig.

Cons: Max Temp Too Cold
