This is the best kitchen appliance I have ever had!! I just ordered another one for my vacation home because I can't stand to drink "regular" coffee from my machine there!!! Love the Keurig website and ease of use and the great service and selection of coffee's. [...]. I have been a die hard fan since 12/10!!!!!!

My whole family has keurig machines. I am the only one with this model, with an all silver top from [...]. They have all had trouble with their elite models, I have had no problems with mine. It has traveled with me many times. It has never let me down. I have run vinegar through it once. It makes a perfect cup every time.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Stylish, Durable, Fast

Water pump failed in 3 months!

The water pump on the machine broke after just 3 months! From reading other reviews, it seems like this is a common problem. Why can't they get it right. The machine makes great coffee.....build a better product and stop disappointing your customers.

Poor Quality Coffee maker

We started to experience problems with this coffee maker after one year of ownership. It leaks all over the counter every time we make a cup of coffee. It's not the cheapest coffee maker on the market. Kuerig needs to have a better product. The concept is good but coffee makers are poor quality.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Poor Quality, Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value

The Special Edition Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Poor Quality Machine!

This is my second machine and it has started to short pour in only 2 weeks of use. Keurig coffee pods are great, now if they could only fix the pump.

Great concept with horrible execution

Although the idea of everyone being able to make their favorite coffee is great, the company has let it fall on it's face with faulty machines. I was given my first brewer for Christmas and by February it was consistently malfunctioning. I eventually got a second one from customer service and it has lasted 2 months....holy cow! The issue for both brewers was inability to draw from the reservoir. Clearly this is a design or manufacturing problem that needs to be corrected. Unless there is a major change I would not recommend one of these brewers.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Versatile
Cons: Defective

Regretfully Disappointed

I purchased the Special Edition a year and a half ago with excitement. I had heard a lot of good things surrounding this brewer and this would be my first single cup brewer.Let me say the simplicity was perfect. This machine was very convenient and it brews a fantastic cup of coffee. However, it ends there.After a month of use, the machine would occasionally turn off after dispensing a cup of coffee. I should of sent it in for repairs at this point, but I though this would be something that happened on occasion. However, the problem never stopped. Next I started experiencing short cup problems (I de-scalaed every 2 months and used filtered water which didn't fix the problem). Two days ago, the machine turned off and it no longer turns on. I understand the warranty is only good for 1 year, but after paying [$] for a machine to last less than a year, I'm very disappointed. I hope Keurig carefully reviews these comments. The coffee is amazing, and the functionality of the machine is great. I love this machine which makes it more frustrating when it dies out after less than 2 years of daily use. These issues seem consistent across the board with many other people and I hope these design flaws can be reviewed.

4 years and it finally broke.

My husband bought me this Keurig for Christmas 2007 and today it finally broke. I always kept it clean and used the water filters just as it said. Cleaned it with vinager every 6 months just as told in the manual and I never had a problem. I got my last cup of coffee this morning but when I went to clean the machine I noticed that the top pc was broken underneath. I was so sad BUT as my husband stated "It lasted 4 years". I am now going to upgrade to the Platium and see how well it does. I hope it rocks like the B60 did. Thanks Keurig!!!!!
