Great cup of coffee, but

I've got to say, it makes a great cup of coffee and I really love the machine, however, after almost every cup, I have to remove and replace the tank because the display shows 'prime'. Even with a full tank, after almost every cup! This should not be! It's agrivating. This is my second brewer to have this problem. Keurig replaced the first machine at no cost to me! That really exceeded my expectations! They have a wonderful customer service department. I guess this issue is just a character flaw with the machine. I'll continue to use it, but don't like having to remove/replace the tank after every cup.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Complicated, Noisy

Poor Reliability

I bought three of special edition versions, one for myself, one for my son's family and one for my daughter's family. All three have broken within the the first two years. My son was able to get his unit replaced during warranty year. His was brewing partial cups. My daughter's unit had the same problem, but Keurig are no longer replacing units. My unit's power went out. It was out of warrant by 6 mos so they would not replace. We maintained properly with timely descaling and cleaning according to care and use manual. 3 out of 3 not such a good record. I also have two friends that have bought different models and have had similar problems. One friend had two models replaced during warranty period. A lot of money in the trash after two years. Don't waste your money or time.

Cons: Complicated, Noisy, HARD TO CLEAN, Reliability Low

Good when it worked

When it works, it is fine. K-Cups are expensive but I guess you pay for the convenience of it. The different flavors are nice to have. I found that the machine does not always provide a full cup of coffee and sometimes the coffee won't even come out. I've cleaned it several times. It still needs the slap on the top to get it going sometimes. Sorry back to my drip.

Cons: Noisy

Makes a good cup of coffee

After several years we have settled on a satisfying brand of K-Cup (we tried many). My wife and I have 4-6 cups each per day, so the cost of our caffeine fix is real. This machine has worked perfectly since we purchased it. Today it stopped working...minor panic, numerous runs of vinegar and a telephone call to Keurig..it is once again working perfect. Should I have de-scaled it sooner? Of course...Having been through numerous Espresso, drip and press coffee makers, we have settled on Keurig's K-cup maker. I recommend them to anyone who enjoys a good cup of coffee.
Pros: Durable, Fast, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings
Cons: Noisy

Somewhat disappointed

I received my K65 Single Serve Brewer a little over a year ago and it has stopped working!! I loved it when it worked but very disappointed that it did not last long at all. I am a casual drinker and probably used my brewer a total of 10 times. So disappointed!!
Pros: Stylish, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, HARD TO CLEAN

Easy to use but loud

The other reviewers weren't kidding about the noise. This unit is LOUD. It's amazing to me that it's louder than the unit we bought years ago. Makes coffee just fine, but for this price it shouldn't wake the baby. Also appears to be not as sturdy as older models.

Cons: Noisy, Loud, Pricey / Poor Value

The best in coffe makers!

I use it everyday. Its great for when we have guests because they can pick and choose what THEY want to enjoy. The ease of use is the best, no more coffee grounds, no more wasted coffee. I can not find a thing wrong with this product. It sells itself. Several of my friends have went and purchased the coffee maker.
