Love my Keurig!

I purchased my Keurig at local retailer almost a year ago. We were so hooked on the conveinence that we put our regular coffee maker away. It's so easy to make a perfect cup and the coffee always tastes great. Our machine did start "short cupping" when it was almost a year old. This had dissapointed me but I called customer service and they took me though a few troubleshooting steps. [...] The bottom line is that even though our machine didn't last the company stood behind their product.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Stylish

Best Purchase EVER!!

It took some convincing to get my husband to purchase our keurig, but once he did he was hooked. We rarely drank coffee before since there are only two of us and it's too much trouble making a whole pot. We never knew if we were adding enough coffee grounds and then messing with the filters ugh it was a pain! This way we both pick the favor we want and each get a perfect cup. I have now convinced several friends and family members to purchase one as well.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings

Do I have bad luck?

This is the second Keurig I have personally owned, I received my "Special Edition" as a gift, as I have given my first "Platinum Brew" to my grandmother. I am experiencing the same problems with the "Special Edition" as I did with the "Platinum Brewer." In both instances, all the cup sizes were way under brew than they should have been. The brew size seems to be 1/2 or less than half of the size that the specifications have listed in the manual. I'm disappointed, however I will say that the first experience I had with Keurig Customer Service was beyond my expectations and they ensured that I received a new replacement machine to fix the problems I was having.
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The perfect addition to my kitchen!

I purchased this coffee maker after my company bought one for the break room. Being able to try it at work only let me know that I needed one at home. This brewer makes the perfect cup of coffee every time, and the variety of K-cups is seemingly endless. The coffee came out at the perfect temperature, and tasted amazing. Also, anyone who thinks the K-cups are expensive, has not walked into a Starbucks recently! The K-cup boxes of 24 come to under a dollar a cup. You can't beat that.

Disposable - lasted just past warranty

I got my Keurig special edition from my sister for Christmas. Only used it occasionally until a few months ago. Then about a month after the warranty was over it just stopped working. Won't come on or anything. For the price of the machine and the K-cups I would expect it to last longer. I believe the problem is electronic as the LED started acting crazy the night before it quit working.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Fragile, Limited Cup Sizes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I received this coffee maker as a gift, and I've used it everyday since. I keep it in my office and use it about 2x a day. Everyone who tries it loves it and wants one of their own. I've tried the coffee, tea, tea latte, and cocoa and it has all been perfect everytime. The K-cups are easy to find and if you register the brewer with Keurig then you get 2 free boxes and 10% off all future purchases. And they are cheap at [...] and [...] has them on sale all the time. Get this brewer!

Way Too Loud

Don't get me wrong - I LOVE my Keurig, and I plan to have one in my kitchen forever...BUT it will not be this model ever again. The resevoir is small, it is WAY TO LOUD as it loads water and it shakes the counter! I think I will go back to the Elite model or even the Office Pro and get that - The Elite is so quiet I don't even realize it's brewing!
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, HARD TO CLEAN

A gift from the Heart

I received my Keurig for Valentine's Day last year, it has performed flawlessly until this month. The base started to leak water onto my counter. I called the Keurig's help line and they are shipping me a new one without queston. I should receive it by 2/18/11. I am very impressed with Keurig's customer service and the fact they are here in the good old USA. My only wish is that Keurig would strike a deal with [@] then life would be perfect.
