Just got the machine for XMas. Was a little worried about the "plastic" taste i read about and others who said the machine only brews half a cup. But my very first brew tasted amazing! I even used a french roast from my free variety pack, because I normally don't like french roast, but it was great! Turns out I just don't like gas station french roast. ha! My only complaint would be the cup sizes are really small for me. The smallest setting is a mere 5.25 ounces, medium is 7.25 and large is 9.25. Large just about fills up a normal sized coffee mug, where small and medium barely fill up half of it. I guess Keurig thinks people like drinking 7 ounces off coffee... That's why i gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I think I accidently posted this under the elite customer reviews. whoops!
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

This is a terrific machine, and good value when compared to Platinum version. Highly recommend. Be sure to register machine to get two free boxes of K-cups.

Super coffee

I was one of those who had to have milk, sugar, and creamer to drink coffee. Now since I got this coffee pot, I now like the coffee the way it is. It is also the first coffee pot that I feel I do not have to clean every hour so it looks good.
Pros: Durable, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

Great coffee machine

Bought this for Christmas, for my wife and myself. Read a lot of comments about noise and hard to use and clean. This makes no more noise than a regular coffee pot.The only thing I have cleaned so far is the filter. Sure, it took a couple of minutes, but it's a filter with coffee in it, it will take a couple of minutes! Really a snap to use, and with all the varieties of drinks available, this should be fun. Plus, now I don't waste a cup or 2 ever day.

This is a great machine if you want a quick cup made. However, the amount of coffee it dispenses is very small. It only adds 2oz per setting and the largest size barely fills 3/4 of my household mugs. For my travel mug, I have to use two, separate coffee fills and select the large and medium settings. If would be nice to select the size of the mug based upon oz, instead of the preset functions. So far, convenience and selection of coffee products is nice. I am buying the My Cup accessory as I have grown accumstomed to my own brew tast.

Cons: Not enough coffee

Best Coffee Pot I ever owned

my brewer is 2 1/2 years old and has been very reliable. I have noticed the brewing time has gotten alot slower over time though.

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Travel mugs dont fit wel, Limited Cup Sizes

I have had this brewer for 10 months now. I absolutely love it. I recommend it to everyone that I know. I even bought one for my daughter and her husband this past christmas - her husband didn't think he would even use it and now he says he is completely addicted and they both love it too. Extremely easy to use - very efficient - fast and convenient. The keuring website has the best variety of drinks and the best prices - you can still purchase k cups at your favorite store though.

Great coffee maker...

This has been a great addition! Splurged and bought this after using one at my doctor's office. The ONLY negative thing I would say about it, is that I started getting "short cups" after about 50 K-cups. I did the vinegar flush as described in the user's manual. It took three times to rinse out the vinegar taste/smell, but it eventually did.

Cons: Needed vinegar flushing
